We (5 adult siblings) stayed here for a few days and absolutely loved it. The house is perfect for small gatherings. It's fully furnished with everything you could possibly want/need. We will definitely be back!Cambria is such a cute town. Be sure to visit the shops/restaurants when you stay here.

Lovely property in beautiful Cambria! We enjoyed a 4-day getaway from the heat in Los Angeles. The property was just as described and very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed spending time at the coast, watching the sunsets and the elephant seals (up the road on Hwy 1), as well as wine tasting in nearby Paso Robles. Highly recommended this lovely home for couples and families.

We loved our stay at Park Hill. The location was wonderful, with close access to hiking trials and a 2 minute drive to the beach or town. The house is comfortable and has great light but we actually spent alot of our time and ate our meals out in the front courtyard which we enjoyed very much. The bathrooms are a little dated but clean and roomy. We were a group of four adults and there was plenty of room. We were all very pleased and really enjoyed our time together there. We would definitely return again or recommend .

I thing the thing I like the most was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. We had a very nice stay and had what we needed to get by for our time there.

Property was in a great location. It was clean. It is an older, dated property located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Because of the age there were things that were quirky but we figured things out. Because we were experiencing a heat wave (during the scarecrow festival) it would’ve been nice to have screens on the doors to get a cross breeze in the evening. The information book that contained things to see & places to eat & prices was very out of date (pre Covid). A checkout list posted in a prominent place would’ve been helpful. It took us a while to find the trash cans out by the mailbox. The hot tub was nice but we couldn’t find where to turn on the lights so we enjoyed it in the dark. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was stocked with everything you need.

Initially when we arrived the house was a little warm and stuffy but opening windows and doors made a huge difference since the area has its own natural cooling system. Everything was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Very close to places we wanted to visit, and easy in and out. Great for anyone with mobilty issues as the house is all on once floor and no steps.

Reviewer Comments: This home on the hill above Cambria was a great location for walking the Fiscalini Ranch Reserve (access right across the street) as well as exploring the beaches and greater Cambria area. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the front patio for lounging, dining, reading and visiting when the afternoon sun came out.

Great location

We liked that the home is located close to trails for walking and bike riding. The home was clean and decorated nicely. The only negative is that the hot tub didn't get as warm as we would have liked.

The location is great, check-in and check-out was very easy, and the house is very nicely decorated. We were there over New Year and the inclement weather prevented us from taking advantage of the outdoor areas, but it looked like a very nice place to sit. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated, and we would recommend a dehumidifier to help with the challenges of the local climate. We could not get the hot tub to a good temperature and the chlorine was very strong.

We did lots of walks right from the front door. When we are next back in Cambria we will definitely try and rent this property again.

Also the rental is close to town making quick access for all our needs. The home was spotless and offered plenty of extra space towels and sleeping pillow choices. Very quiet and relaxing areas in front and back yards.

Great place to stay with my family for a wedding weekend. Three bedrooms are a necessity with two teenage boys, and the master suite was perfect for us. Kitchen is adequately equipped to cook meals, which is helpful since Cambria rolls up its sidewalks early.Access to the nature preserve that takes you down to the cliffs above the ocean is literally across the street. Hot tub is an added bonus.Be aware that check in instructions are emailed to you at the time you book, from a management company, so check your spam folder. I booked three months in advance and was concerned that the day of our stay I hadn't received instructions, but the response from the management company was prompt, and we had no issues getting in.
