The rental contract is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.   The modern and tastefully furnished apartment is about 84 square meters and suitable for up to 6 people. Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace or relax in the cozy living room.   The two bedrooms have plenty of storage space and each have a TV.   The equipment of the separate kitchen with dishes, glasses and kitchen appliances leaves nothing to be desired. In the living room you also have a spacious dining area available. The sofa bed can be converted in a few steps to another sleeping place for 2 people.   The apartment has a bath. Additional services can be booked on reservation: Baby travel bed / high chair per 10 € per week, baby bed linen 10 € .Bed linen: 12,00 € p. P., towels 6,00 € p. P. and each change. The tourist tax is to be paid in cash on the day of arrival. Pets are only possible after prior agreement with the landlord and surcharge.
