Binz’s pedestrian zone, with restaurants, bakeries, boutiques, and other shopping options, is only about a 5-minute walk away.



Upon entering the approximately 60-square-meter apartment on the 2nd floor (accessible by elevator), you’ll find yourself in a bright and welcoming entryway. Off the hallway is the living area, which stands out for its maritime-style decor featuring plenty of wood. Here, you can convert the stylish couch into a bed to accommodate a third person (dimensions: 1.45 m x 2.00 m).

The kitchen, seamlessly integrated into the elegant living space, is fully equipped with cooking utensils and practically invites you to cook in your vacation home.
The stylish dining area with a table and four chairs is also part of this modern living concept.
From the living area, you can step out onto the balcony, which is furnished with rattan-style furniture. You can especially enjoy spending time outdoors here during the warmer months, but thanks to the south-facing location, you can also enjoy the outdoors as early as spring or even well into the golden autumn.



The bright bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). Pleated blinds and curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep by allowing you to darken the room as desired.



By the way, the living area also has pleated blinds and can be darkened if needed.



In the bright, spacious, and inviting bathroom with a large exterior window, you’ll find a floor-to-ceiling, barrier-free shower and a washing machine.



The entire apartment has underfloor heating, which keeps it warm and cozy, especially during the cooler months.

The living area, which opens off this hallway, also captivates with its maritime-inspired decor—featuring plenty of wood and elegant gray tones—that exudes a welcoming vacation atmosphere. Here, as well as throughout the entire apartment, the real wood flooring—which includes underfloor heating—helps guests feel right at home on vacation.
