The “Sonnberg” translates literally into the sunny mountain of Zell am See. The name says it all: Many hours of sunshine and a stunning view over the lake. The highlight of all apartments is the balcony, with a marvelous view of the surrounding mountain scenery. Our guests have two sleeping rooms available. We put an authentic double bed and a single bed in each sleeping room. The kitchen is located separately and fully equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle are part of our amenities. Of course we have free WIFI and parking in front of the house. Seeking for activities? The center of Zell am See with its plenty shopping facilities, restaurants and activities is only a short drive away. The sporty ones take the 15 minutes hike on the straight trail down to Zell. The golf course (4km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or by public transport departing from the central train station.

Nice apartment on a hillside

We spent 5 days skiing in and around Zell am See with a group of friends. The apartment was comfortable and works well for a small group. The location is quite high up on a high slope. You can walk to the centre in about 15 minutes but the hill back down is quite steep. A car is necessary for getting around. Overall experience and price quality ratio were good.

Tolle Lage direkt am Berg, mit Blick auf den See

Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und einfach eingerichtet. Der „Toilette- Raum“ ist unglaublich winzig!!! Für Menschen mit mehr als 70kg schwierig, man kommt sonst nicht am Mini- Waschbecken vorbei zum WC. Bei voller Besetzung ist das Parken schwierig, Lage direkt am Berg. Blick auf den See und auf Zell am See! Großartige Aussicht. Ins Zentrum Zell benötigt man ca 45 Minuten zu Fuß. ( es geht ordentlich bergab : bergauf) Die Umgebung ist ein Traum !!

Had an excellent stay at Birkhofl apartments. The apartments have stunning views of the mountain and lake with instant access to the mountain and woods and a short drive or walk to the city express lift. The apartments are modern, comfortable and warm with all the facilities you could want on a self catering break. Don’t hesitate to book here, we had an amazing break. Nothing needs improvement

Buchung sowie Kontakt zur Agentur sehr einfach und super! Leider war das Bett im Apartement sehr beschädigt, bei jeder Bewegung knarrte es.

Traumhaft

Die Lage ist einfach Traumhaft. Von beiden Schlafzimmern toller Blick über den See und im Hintergrund die Berge. einfach nur empfehlendswert. Die ganze Abwicklung einfach und unkompliziert, die Mitarbeiter der Agentur sowie vor allem, auch die Inhaber der Ferienwohnung sehr zuvorkommend. Wir waren hier sicherlich nicht das letzte mal. kann ich nur empfehlen.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
