Beautiful place! It was very clean and updated. The convenience of beach access and splash pad made the stay a blast for our son. Would stay here again!

Pros and cons

Overall great place! Updated and clean. I could list so many pros about this listing. Balconies for all units had an amazing view, and the pools were fabulous. Few downsides that were enough to mention and cause us to pause on renting again. Sheets are old microfiber with little balls all over them from being washed with towels. They were thin and hot!! Cotton sheets are much better for the sticky climate. The second set of shhets i found smelled, so we were stuck with the old ones. Pillows have not been changed in a very long time. They are hard and very thin! New pillows don't have to be expensive, but something with substance would have made my sleep easier. Both of those factors were bad for my sleep. Not enough comfortable seeting for 4 people in the living area. Sliding through other listings i saw more seating. The room can definitely accomidate more seating. We hope these things can be remedied. We would love to go back!!

I'm going to list the pros and cons of our stay. I will say this was probably our least favorite condo and we've been coming to splash for 6 years now. Pros: -All beds were comfortable, I will say the master was VERY firm but we liked it. -View from the 4th floor was amazing! ( We typically only rent on the higher levels.) -patio had plenty of seating -TV was nice in both rooms. -kitchen was equipped with all pots pans and utensils. -washer and dryer look small but does some serious work. -being on the fourth floor we typically didn't have to wait for the elevator. We were able to take the stairs up and down. Cons: -The unit smelled of musty mold heavily. -The floors were sticky and turned our socks black. -no starter toiletries in the master. (We drove 15 hours to be there. Was ready to shower and had to use hand soap on our body. We weren't picking up groceries until the next morning.) -decorations for the master we're all in the closet.🤔 -needs some updating lots of paint peeling and gashes and loose cabinetry. -Keurig had mold in the water tank. -The sofa had brown stains on it. Not inviting to sit on. On the second day we ended up buying cleaning supplies and air freshener. The floors seem to be a lost cause no matter how many times we scrubbed it was still coming up black. I don't think it's the host fault I think it's his cleaning crew. I believe I have rented from him before and that unit was beautiful.

Great place to stay

Very clean and nice property to stay at. Not too crowded in the offseason. Our 4 yr old loved the water park. Only recommendation is better pillows and mattress. But that wouldn't deter us from booking this rental again!

Enjoyable

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. The only thing that was negative was the double red flags and traffic. The kids loved the water park and the pools. The atmosphere was very kid and family friendly. We can’t wait to go back.

Condo was perfect!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. We were disappointed in the resort itself. The splash pad was FREEZING. We didn’t get to use it at all. My kids were very upset. The ice cream shop was not open either. These were the main reasons we chose to stay at Splash. Overall the trip really stunk!

We recommend

The Splash Pad was freezing cold. The pools all seem heated. Great property otherwise. Good location. 405E was clean and cute. The bedroom is in back of condo, so plan to go on to bed after kids are put in bunk beds if they are light sleepers. Otherwise, it was all great!!

Awesome Condo.

I've never been to PCB in the fall but now I'll tell you that's the only time I'll go. No wait time for elevators. Condo was fairly clean there was some wrappers under the couch and that was a easy fix for me. Having the beach chair set also was definitely a plus. We loved the view and wish we didn't have to leave. 😭

Perfect beachfront view!

The condo is very pretty! We loved the location and sitting on the balcony overlooking the water. The resort pools are very cold and wish they were heated, but my son enjoyed it! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Best condo!

I loved our condo so much. This is literally the best resort I have stayed at. Only issue we had was the pool and splash area water was entirely too cold. I would suggest heated water for pools. The lazy River was even cold. The hot tub was packed bc of this.

Mini getaway

We had a great time here at the splash resort, it was so convenient to be right on the beach and have chairs reserved for our suite! It was relaxing and pretty quiet! So nice! Will definitely be back! Our only qualm was the elevator situation, peak movement times were kind of hectic trying to catch an elevator, but other than that, no complaints!

Beautiful condo with an amazing ocean front view!

Highly recommend staying here!! The condo was absolutely beautiful and had an amazing ocean front view with a balcony to enjoy the evenings on watching the sunset. During the day there are many activities for the kids to do such as a lazy river, 2 different swimming pools, and even a water pad for the even younger children! There’s a pool bar that has drinks and foods for all ages. There was immediate access to the beach that came with a free set of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella! All staffing was very friendly and welcoming! Will definitely be returning!

The place , hallways,balcony’s…not that clean. The distance from the parking not at all good. Uncomfortable furniture. I should have known from the name.SPLASH it was for kids.

Family Vacation

My husband and I chose to stay here with our toddler for a family vacation. James was extremely easy to communicate with and the entire check in process was the easiest we’ve ever experienced. The place was beautiful and well cleaned! We absolutely recommend this place!

Spring break get away

Everything was as expected. This condo is very clean, great view, and the 4th floor is amazing. No noise after we went to bed. The owner is very easy to work with. Will stay again.
