This Splash Resort beach home has everything you can imagine for your unforgettable family vacation. It was just renovated including kitchen and bathrooms (cabinetry too).

Daily Beach Chair Service (March through October Only) is included when you reserve this 4th floor unit at Splash Resort for your next Panama City Beach Vacation.

Best location - minutes from Hwy 79, frank brown park & sports complex, and the pier park mall featuring 900,000 Square Feet of retail shopping, dining & 16 movie theaters....10 minute drive from the northwest Florida beaches international airport.

Super nice one (1) bedroom plus bunk beds, two (2) bath condo located on the 4th floor of the Splash East Tower.

Splash resort panama city beach offers fun for the whole family. With 5 distinct pool areas--a water park, including a kids’ pool park with water slides, interactive water toys & a lazy river ride. The kids will never want to go home. And there’s fun for the parents as well, including a state-of-the-art fitness room right on the gulf, two pools, a jacuzzi and, riptide, the poolside bar & grill.

Located on the west end of beautiful Panama City Beach, Splash Resort has easy access to Pier Park Mall, the City Pier, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything is here to make your beachfront vacation in Panama City Beach one of the best you will ever experience!

Splash is a short distance to Pier Park, an extensive Tropical feel Life-Style Shopping Mall. We had a great time for our Fall Break. 2nd year in row staying at Splash Resort. This unit was awesome. James the owner was super responsive and accommodating. Having the chairs and umbrella included made it even easier to enjoy the beach!! Unit was very clean and well kept. The master bathroom shower is reason enough to book this unit again. We really enjoy the nachos supreme from Rip Tides at the pool area. We will be back at least one more time.

Just what we needed

We went to Disney World before ending our vacation at the Slpash. The view and the condo was perfect for us. Our host was very attentive when answering questions. I will definitely rent again.

The manager allowed us to check in a little early which was amazing! The entire facility was very clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. The condo was very nice. Exactly what we needed for a quick “getaway”

Very clean and nice property to stay at. Not too crowded in the offseason. Our 4 yr old loved the water park. Only recommendation is better pillows and mattress. But that wouldn't deter us from booking this rental again!

Family Vacation

This is the place to stay in PCB if you have children under 12. The waterpark & pools are great ! The condo was nice & clean, stocked well, and the prime location. Our family will be back.

Perfect beachfront view!

The condo is very pretty! We loved the location and sitting on the balcony overlooking the water. The resort pools are very cold and wish they were heated, but my son enjoyed it! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. The only thing that was negative was the double red flags and traffic. The kids loved the water park and the pools. The atmosphere was very kid and family friendly. We can’t wait to go back.
