This Splash Resort beach home has everything you can imagine for your unforgettable family vacation.

Daily Beach Chair Service (March through October Only) is included when you reserve this 6th floor unit at Splash Resort for your next Panama City Beach Vacation.

Best location - minutes from Hwy 79, Frank Brown Park & Sports Complex, and the Pier Park mall featuring 900,000 Square Feet of retail shopping, dining & 16 movie theaters....10 minute drive from the northwest Florida beaches international airport.

Super nice one (1) bedroom plus bunk beds, two (2) bath condo located on the 6th floor of the Splash West Tower.

Splash resort panama city beach offers fun for the whole family. With 5 distinct pool areas--a water park, including a kids’ pool park with water slides, interactive water toys & a lazy river ride. The kids will never want to go home. And there’s fun for the parents as well, including a state-of-the-art fitness room right on the gulf, two pools, a jacuzzi and, riptide, the poolside bar & grill.

Located on the west end of beautiful Panama City Beach, Splash Resort has easy access to Pier Park Mall, the City Pier, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything is here to make your beachfront vacation in Panama City Beach one of the best you will ever experience!

Splash is a short distance to Pier Park, an extensive Tropical feel Life-Style Shopping Mall. Pier Park brings a whole new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach, boasting approximately 150 stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venues such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals along with Southern Theater’s Grand Theater containing sixteen movie theaters with stadium-style seating. Included along with boutiques such as Lizard Thicket and Irene & Co, are large retailers such as Dillard’s, JC Penney, and Target. Check in was super simple. Got a message before arriving that the room was ready several hours before 4p so that was great! Clean room. Quiet. Kid friendly. Staff in the cafe are so kind. Don’t have to leave the resort for anything. There was a hole in the wall where the door handle previously hit that hadn’t been patched, the night stands in the bedroom are super wobbly, and the unit could use a good deep deep clean (all the little nooks and cranny’s that often are overlooked) but overall we enjoyed our trip and would love to stay in this unit again! We even got to see dolphins and sting ray off our balcony a few times in the week

Came for Jeep Jam - Had a great time!

Loved this property! In the past when we have stayed at splash, we have been on 15th and up, so being on the 6th was the PERFECT height. We were super happy with the condo, the staff, the beach chair availability, everything was fabulois and we had a great time!

Clean room, great location, only issue I had with this specific room is that our balcony door didn’t lock. Looked like it was rusted but wouldn’t lock no matter how we turned it. And with a 7 and 2 year old, that’s kind of scary for it not to lock and being so high up off the ground

Great Stay

We had a wonderful experience with James. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. There were a few minor imperfections here and there that could be improved, but they didn’t significantly affect the quality of our time there. Everything else was great, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. I would definitely rate it very positively and would recommend it to others.

This place was great! Location from Pier park was perfect. The 6th floor is ideal for views and elevator wait time. Just a few short steps from the beach. The only thing that was unexpected was beach lounge chairs. We had a family of four and only two chairs are provided. Not complaining. We were very grateful for the two that are included in the stay. But the cost was 50 a day per lounge chair. That was the only thing that was unexpected. Everything thing else was as described and wonderful!! 5 STAR will return

Enjoyed

We enjoyed our stay here. Only gripe was that the guest toilet was very slow to flush and had to be fixed (my hubby) at least 3 times. The guest shower door was very hard to open and shut. Other than that, mostly cosmetic. This unit and the general property is in need of some serious general maintenance such as painting, recaulking, etc. compared to other properties we’ve stayed at. This unit in particular had so many scuffs or even holes of the dry wall and base boards. Also, this property needs more elevator options or to upgrade the current ones for efficiency.
