Farmhouse in the Country-Perfect Place to Relax and Enjoy Family and Friends!

Lots of amenities! No need to pay more to get the best! Be sure to check out all the photos. My guests are amazed at all the Farmhouse has to offer. The home is on a 3rd generation family farm & has 4 huge bedrooms for your upmost privacy. It is definitely in the country yet only minutes from town. Surrounded by pastures, your only neighbors are the grazing cows. It has 2 wonderful porches, fire pit area, renovated garage to hang out in, 320 acres to roam on & 2 fishing ponds. All for your enjoyment. Smoking is allowed outside/2 pet max
The space
I am an impeccable housekeeper so you can feel confident you will be staying in a very clean space! I provide everything you need for your coffee. There is a shower & toilet that is handicap accessible.
Guest access
You get the entire house!!! There is ample parking for 4 cars or more.
Other things to note
I think I have provided everything you need to enjoy your stay. Gas grill, fire pit ( all you need for a campfire,) corn hole boards, croquet, board games & more. I also keep the frig stocked with condiments & a cabinet of spices. In the kitchen you will find a blender, toaster, crock pots, mixing bowls, full set of cookware, everything you need. If you want to fish just let me know. 5 lb. plus bass have been caught! (You will need to bring your own fishing gear.)

The Farmhouse was the best. It was perfect for our family. The hosts were great and we had no issues at all. The house was super clean with plenty of room and we had everything we needed. There were two ponds on the property which was great for our grandson. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay in this area. We absolutely had a wonderful experience !!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse. The bedrooms were very spacious, bathrooms were nice and fully stocked with the essentials, the kitchen had everything you would need and the outside was beautiful. Loved drinking coffee on the porch swing in the morning and seeing the horses and cows. Therese was an amazing host who made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay at the farmhouse again.

This was the PERFECT property for our family. We visited the area to see family and needed a space that was large enough for our whole family to gather. It was GREAT! We loved the outdoor space (porch sittin’ is just what you need to relieve stress!) and the ability to cook full meals for ourselves. The bedrooms were so large, it gave us space to spread out when we needed quiet time. The house had everything we needed. My great nephew loved the toys that were there to play with too! Being able to give treats to the horses was just the icing on the cake. Teresa, the owner was just so kind and friendly and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is a very family friendly home. The farmhouse decor was a lot of fun and it was already decorated for the holidays. The fact that it was pet friendly was a bonus! Communication with the owner was easy and timely.

What a beautiful farm! The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Their 100 year old farm house is lovingly cared for and the property immaculate. This is the perfect place to stay to enjoy some southern hospitality and experience all of the sites Kentucky has to offer.

Another great stay at the Farmhouse. Everything was clean and provided. The host even brought us some wonderful party mix. While the weather didn’t corporate the first couple of days we did enjoy the fire pit the last couple. Highly recommend the Farmhouse if you are in the area.

Peaceful retreat

So nice to get away from the hustle and bustle to stay at this lovely farm. It had everything we needed and only a short drive to nearby horse farms and sites. We hope to return!!

Great location and farmhouse feel!

Had a great time staying here! House is beautiful, decorated like a true farm house. Great to see the farm history on the walls as well. My kids loved waking up to the cows and horses. Highlight was definitely feeding the horses treats! Great loaction if you are going bourbon tasting. Highly recommend.

Excellent Place to stay!

The home is a story all itself. The decor inside and out is impeccable! The owners are very hospitable and really know how to offer a great getaway. They offer a lot of amenities and things to do during your stay as well as offer everything one would need to enjoy those amenities and more! We definitely recommend staying here, and look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful and nostalgic- like being back at grandmas

We loved our stay at this beautifully designed farmhouse. It had that timeless charm—like something out of a Norman Rockwell painting. Every detail invited connection, comfort, and slowing down together as a family. It was the perfect setting for making memories and soaking in a little slice of Americana.

Beautiful farmhouse in a beautiful setting

This house and property are a perfect place to relax and to get away for the weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the porch, visiting the outdoor cats, feeding the horses and just hanging out with nature. Inside the house was furnished with everything we needed, and the decor was perfect for this farmhouse. I wish I had more time here.

Friends annual reunion vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at the farmhouse. It is beautiful and everything we needed was provided. The gardens are stunning and we loved sitting on the back porch each evening. So relaxing! We got to meet our hosts and they were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend the farmhouse to anyone wanting a relaxing visit to the area.

An excellent experience

This is a great property for anyone looking for a break from city routines.The countryside is lovely and the Farmhouse is warm and inviting. We were very happy with our experience. Summer Bourbon visit

Highly recommend for anyone looking for some peace and quiet in the country. The cows and horses make for a perfect view while drinking your morning coffee from the porch. House is exactly what you would expect from the pictures and well represented, host was great and we had everything we could possibly need.

I was a hairdresser for 40 yrs. until I fell off a ladder & fractured my heal bone in 2016. I was actually working on the Farmhouse when it happened. I had almost finished the entire house, & had no intention of putting it on a rental site. Needless to say after my accident I had to do something. I was an aid in the school system for 2 yrs. Someone suggested I try this a few years ago & I have never looked back. I love sharing the Farmhouse with people from around the world. Seems they love it as much as I do.

The Farmhouse is located in a beautiful setting on my husband's 3rd generation family farm. The house is huge & the porches are wonderful. I have a farming family & we all pitch in. There are not many left in our area.
