This 8th floor, Direct Oceanfront condo is a 2-bedroom beach home with truly one of a kind oceanfront views! There's no other beachfront from weekly rental in the Cocoa Beach area that's 8 floors high meaning not only do you have a direct beach/ocean front view, but you can see down to coast to the Pier that is 1 mile south of you!
The condo was newly renovated with a spectacular and spacious interior (1,200 square feet) & amenities for the whole family to enjoy. For your entertainment, this condo offers your own free high-speed WiFi (in addition to building WiFi) & two BIG flat-screen HD TVs (55” & 50”).
Pack light and don't miss any of conveniences your home as this condo has a full size W&D, a fully equipped kitchen & complete beach items for the whole family. The condo's high end kitchen features new appliances, corian countertops, and custom wooden furniture. Both bathrooms are clean and bright with full showers.

Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets (up to 30 lbs each). Dogs or cats only. No dangerous dog breeds are allowed.
