Excellent Stay!

We had an amazing stay here! The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything you need in it. The premises had so many options of things to do. Our host was fantastic. We will definitelu stay here again!!

We loved it!

Close to everything! We enjoyed everything about it. The condo had games, books, everything needed for the beach except toys for the kids but that’s no big deal. The beach was nice and never too busy! We felt very at home! We will definitely be staying again.

Exactly what we were looking for!

The unit was great with views even better than the pictures. The beach was so much fun, our teens loved it! We decided to evacuate half way through our stay due to hurricane Milton and Amanda at Happy Palms Stays (the property managers) was awesome to work and helped us through all that. We would definitely come back and stay here, and are hoping to do so again next summer!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The unit was super clean and stocked with anything you would need. Beach is beautiful and a lot less crowded than other areas during fall break dates. Definitely recommend staying here !!!

Wonderful!

We visited in March for a few days. The property had everything we needed and was so nice!! The manager was very quick to respond to emails, but we did not have any issues at all. Great location and beautiful views!

Property was as advertised clean and comfortable great location the kitchen has everything that you would have in your own home only down side was the TV it needs a better way to select programing other than that FANTASTIC I would highly recommend this property.

We love Cape Winds 509

This was our 2nd time staying in this room at this location. We love it. We saw several SpaceX launches. We've fishing on the beach and caught a Bonnet Shark. George the maintenance ​man is the kindest soul. The room has everything you can think of including box fans, beach chairs, a cooler, cooking supplies, even a crockpot. We will stay here again.

Amazing Location

This condo was just awesome. The view was incredible. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning right from the balcony. We spent majority of our time on the balcony when we were at the room. We were able to walk right out to the beach and saw a rocket launch one night. The pool and hottub at the location was well maintained and so enjoyable. Everything was just really perfect. I highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

Lovely place and view

The unit was perfect for me and my wife. Master bedroom was roomy with large closet, lots of hangers and ocean views. Kitchen was well equipped. Balcony was well positioned for views of the sunrises. Pool and hottub were clean. Short walk to the beach. Kelsy responded promptly to the 2 minor issues we had.

Cruise Break

We had several December cruises booked with a six day gap so rather than drive home and back, we decided to stay on the beach and chill. Penthouse Cape Winds was the perfect choice. It had everything we could have asked for. Especially nice was the fact that all the essentials were waiting for us (tp, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, salt and pepper etc). The place was spotless and in good repair and had a breathtaking view. Took me a while to get the hang of the tv, but once I did, there were plenty of choices. You won’t find better choice for your Cocoa Beach getaway.

Beachfront relaxation

The property needs some updating but had working elevators and unit 509 was very nice. Lovely balcony with ocean views and coverage for morning coffee/breakfast and relaxation. Pool and hot tub below could be noisy but quiet by 10 pm. Guest bathroom needs tub mat for safety. Could’ve used salt and pepper in kitchen and some cakes of soap /shampoo/conditioner in bathrooms. Overall adequate for our needs.

Wonderful Stay at Cape Winds

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at Cape Winds in Cape Canaveral. The apartment complex has a great beachfront location with easy parking and a good size heated pool. We stayed in unit 509 and were extremely pleased with the space, the cleanliness, the decoration, the quality of bedding and equipment (washer & dryer, appliances, beach supplies, etc.). Special kudos for sharp kitchen knives...usually not the case. We especially appreciated the size and view from the balcony where we had most of our meals and could enjoy sunrises, sunsets, full moon on the ocean and stargazing. We would definitely recommend this apartment and location to friends and relatives and will gladly return. Thanks for the hospitality.

Beautiful beach condo

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation in this beautiful, peaceful condo. The property was well maintained and generally quiet with easy parking and a neighborhood that felt safe. Many people out walking their dogs or jogging. Very close to stores and easy to get around. The local Twistee Treat was great to walk to for a nightly ice cream. The condo itself was very clean and has about everything you could need-four beach chairs, umbrella, two boogie boards, and a cooler. Not to mention the kitchenware, good towels, and big TVs. You could easily envision retirement while sitting out on that balcony with that view! Had very pleasant interactions with Kelsy who periodically and genuinely checked in with us. Would 100% return.

Magnificent

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described, and the pictures are accurate. We were fortunate enough to see 2 rocket launches, as well as numerous Cruise ships going in and out of port. The beach was excellent, and not crowded, even on the weekend days. We walked down to the Cocoa beach pier, which took us about 25 minutes. The washer and dryer in the condo were very convenient and allowed us to pack lighter than we normally would. Amanda from "Stay in Cocoa Beach" was amazing. She answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. We had one issue on day one, when we went to the beach, we noticed that 3 of the 4 beach chairs were old, rusty, and one was bent. When we got to the beach and opened the umbrella, there were 2 supports that were broken, so it was unusable. We emailed Amanda, and within an hour there were 3 new beach chairs and an umbrella waiting in the condo for us. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

cute condo, spectacular view

I loved the decor in this unit, very beachy which is what I wanted. Balcony was lovely, with cushions for the chairs. A chaise lounge would have made it perfect! The view from this unit is better than some nearby ones, I had the opportunity to see for myself. The TV was really large and had lots of streaming apps that I could sign into. In December Cape Winds didn't seem crowded, which I liked, especially since it made swimming laps in the pool very peaceful and pleasant. This unit is directly above the pool, which is open from 8 to 10pm, so one day there was a bit of pool noise but most of the time it was fine. Beach was literally a few steps away from the building--the advantage of staying in Canaveral. I watched a SpaceX launch from the beach, and I couldn't believe how spectacular that was from here compared to watching from Cocoa Beach! You could see stage separation and part of the rocket returning to the base, it was so cool! There is also a nice little nearby (10 minutes or so) Puerto Rican restaurant that wasn't expensive and was really tasty. To get groceries, I walked to the Publix (about 40 minutes, but I am a slow walker) and to the Sunset Food coop (30 minutes) and Ubered back to Cape Winds. I enjoyed the walks both times because the weather was beautiful and I am here to walk and swim! The property manager was very courteous and responded quickly when I had a minor issue. Minor improvements to make- shower needed to be re-caulked, fridge light was out, a couple more pans needed in kitchen, but overall I would highly recommend this unit!

This is a perfect spot for a get away. We were close to the beach. Lots of food options & all the beach stuff you need was right in the condo. We definitely recommend this place. Clean rooms with washer & dryer made it perfect!!! Host always responded & kept in touch. Thanks for a great week!!

Klasse Condo. Toller Blick von der Terrasse. Gutes Umfeld.Vom Strand kann man Raketenstarts sehen.Pool,Hot Tub und auch die kleine Sauna sind Super und sauber. Der Hausmeister hält alles i.O.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietungsbüro war gut.Hier vielen Dank an Amanda !!Wir können diese Fewo weiterempfehlen.
