Cape Winds 505 es propiedad de 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', el mayor propietario de alquileres de vacaciones en primera línea de playa en la Costa Espacial.

Totalmente renovado, con un estilo fresco y cómodo en mente, este condominio tiene una impresionante vista del océano en el último piso desde la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina de concepto abierto.

El balcón privado tiene una mesa alta y 4 sillas, para que pueda sentarse y disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas y el sonido de las olas.

Salga del balcón a la espaciosa sala de estar que cuenta con un televisor inteligente de 65 "y un sofá desplegable.

La cocina cuenta con nuevos gabinetes color gris tormenta y mostradores de cuarzo para los amantes de la apariencia.

El comedor de concepto abierto tiene una mesa con 6 sillas para disfrutar juntos de las comidas.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con colchón de espuma de memoria, TV, baño y closet. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una nueva cama de panel tamaño queen con colchón de espuma de memoria, TV y armario.

La unidad también cuenta con wifi gratuito, estacionamiento, lavadora y secadora en la unidad y toallas de playa, sillas y juguetes.

Cape Winds es un hermoso complejo que tiene comodidades para toda la familia. Relájese en la gran piscina, descanse en la bañera de hidromasaje o participe activamente en las canchas de tenis y baloncesto. Hay un pequeño paseo marítimo justo en el complejo para llegar a la playa de arena blanca, ¡no podría estar más cerca! El complejo está situado a 1. 2 millas al norte del muelle de Cocoa Beach, y cerca de muchos restaurantes y atracciones. Los centros comerciales Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Brevard Zoo y Outlet son excursiones de un día fáciles. El aeropuerto internacional de Orlando está a 72 km.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We had everything we needed. Great view, clean, staff was great. Only thing we had to do was buy our food, everything else was supplied.

I always enjoy staying at Cape Winds resort, whether it's a fun trip with my girlfriends or a romantic trip with my husband. Nothing beats that direct oceanfront balcony! The folks who work at Happy Palms are always available for any questions and are ALWAYS extremely helpful. Love it here!

It’s all about the view!

Gorgeous sunrises and relaxing condo! Great area in Cocoa Beach/ Cape Canaveral. Walking distance to several restaurants and a Publix grocery store nearby. Nice family vibe area.

Family Shore Vacation

The view was amazing and the location was great. Access to the beach was very convenient and we took advantage of every moment we could on the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a great beach vacation. Management team was great at communicating all through the process.

Great Vacation Cocoa Beach

Loved our stay at Cape Wind. Had a wonderful view of the ocean. Watching the cruise ships coming and going. Was able to walk to pier and shopping close by. Also saw a rocket launch from beach out front of condo. Condo met all our needs. Will definitely return to 505.

Cape Winds Stay

Had an amazing stay at Cape Winds! Beautiful ocean views that cannot be beat and beach access just steps away! The unit was clean upon arrival with no trace of any previous guests. And with many bonus amenities including a pool, hot tub, and even tennis courts you will not get bored. All Stay in Cocoa Beach employees were a pleasure to work with and ensured my stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Can't wait to book through them again!

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! The location is fantastic. Getting around Cape Canaveral was easy. Close to other attractions. We loved coffee on the patio and impromptu walks on the beach. Apartment was very clean. Had almost everything we needed. Beach gear could be refreshed. Umbrella and one of the chairs was pretty rusty. Also loved the pickleball courts!

Rest and Relaxation

This was not our first time staying at this condo and it again met all our needs. Was quiet and the beach is unmatched. We love having the pool for the kids who don’t love the ocean swimming as much. The rooms are large and we had lots of space as a young family. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony! Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. I really appreciated the beach supplies that were provided. It kept us from having to pack and travel with so much extra. One of the beach chairs was actually broken and they quickly dropped a new one off to us! Easy access to the beach! I also loved how close everything was. One mile from Cocoa Beach pier and lots of shopping and restaurants. We also got to watch two rockets launch right from our beach!! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Will Book Again!

Great top floor unit with amazing sunrise views. Very short walk to the beach, with perfect views of ships coming in and out of the port. Management company is incredibly responsive to your needs. We had a defective coffee maker on the first morning and Kelsy replaced it almost immediately. If I could give this experience 10 stars, I would.

Gorgeous ocean front view!

Condo was beachy but not over the top, clean, and had all basic items needed. We were unaware that construction noise starts at 8am and goes all day until approximately 6pm. And, the pool would be closed during those same hours. We may rent this condo again if the construction is completed.

Nice unit

Very nice unit with great views and easy access to the beach. A couple of things that could improve: It could use a couple of pans, and the king size bed was way too soft and bouncy for my taste. The couch and the sofa in the living room can use a deep cleaning.

The location was perfect! Shampoo, conditioner and body were supplied. As well as cleaning products. We had a wonderful time and hope to return. Condo was very clean and you can’t bet the view.

Great Oceanfront Condo!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! The condo was updated, clean and well furnished with everything you would need. It is a short walk to the beach and the pool which was nice. We also appreciated the covered parking area. We highly recommend!

The outside of property was well maintained, it had a nice pool, and great views. Our room was outdated and dirty. It could use a good cleaning and paint.
