Oceanfront condo with a magnificent view of the ocean, the pool, putting green and picnic area. No other condo in this complex has a view like Ocean Blue

This oceanfront condo, is located on the 5th floor in Canaveral Towers, the balcony is spacious with a bistro bar table and high top chairs. Perfect for lunch, dinner or simply having your favorite beverage while relaxing. The open kitchen offers everything you'll need to feel right at home with plenty of counter space for meal prep. Three beds offer lots of options for sleeping arrangements. Every room has a streaming tv and cable. The oversize living truly has an incredible view. We just had a new sectional delivered providing spacious seating. Next the to kitchen is the beach closet.

You have an assigned parking space as well as additional parking if you need it. There is a putter in the condo for your use. You can also get shuffleboard equipment near the pool area. The oversize heated pool, offers a break from the beach.

If you are in town for a launch, the front walkway is perfect to watch a liftoff.

Great location close to cruise ships and other activities at the marina. Very nice beach view and great pool. There was a large palmetto bug in the living room, typical of Florida, but that was the only bug we seen.unit was well stocked as far as kitchen and bath towels. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend this unit and VRBO as a whole.

Just what we needed

Everything worked out great for our stay. No issues with the condo, and the beds were comfortable. Only thing could have been better would be better pots and pans.

We had the BEST vacation! The condo was perfect for our family of four! There were beach chairs, toys and towels so we didn’t have to buy a thing! Very clean room and property! We rented surf boards and they loved it!!

Enjoyed our stay here! Easy access to the beach and gorgeous views. Condo was very clean and included a lot of beach chairs and towels which was nice. Would def stay here again!

This place needs severe updates. Washer and dryer in the unit was very small. Could not read the displays on the dishwasher. Very very old and worn. The pool was great. The ocean view was great. The location was very good. The furniture was very old and uncomfortable and the beds were very uncomfortable. Master bedroom was OK. I expected more from what I paid. And because we were in the area for my son’s wedding, my daughter came and she stayed in the guest bedroom that’s how I found out. The beds were very uncomfortable and she could not at any given time. Get the TV to work in there so you need to work on that as well. also, the appliances in the kitchen need to be replaced. They’re very very old and outdated. i’m not displeased with my stay. just disappointed. for what you offer and what I paid for.

Great place to get away

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Canaveral Towers and is always the first one we look to when putting a trip together. Just like most people, cost is a very important factor when booking a place. So far Canaveral Towers has never disappointed. It usually ends up between here or Royal Mansions. Every unit has an ocean view. Very good location. Most units are stocked pretty good. We left a nice beach chair for the next guests. In our opinion, you can't go wrong with Canaveral Towers

Condo was clean and comfortable and very quiet, but a bit dated. Tenants and other guests were fantastic with ages from infant to elderly! Everyone was so kind. The pool and grounds were very clean and well maintained. Location to the beach was perfect! Couple of things to note - the elevators were extremely annoying because they are sporadic at best. And walking the five floors with groceries and luggage was difficult. The dryer vents into the master and makes that bedroom very hot and steamy (maybe a ceiling fan could help). The gated beach access key is not working. And a few more basic staples would be helpful also (ie salt and pepper, cork screw(the one there is broken)! Overall nice time and would love to return when the elevators are working !

The view from the patio is great, the location to the beach is excellent and a great place to watch the rocket launches from. The issues we experienced were the weekly broken elevator, usually on a Friday. The water was shut off to the building intermittently over several days. We were on the 5th floor which made for a long walk up with groceries.

Love, love, love

This is our second stay in this complex. We've loved it both times. This particular unit was our favorite, so far. It was clean, decently furnished and comfortable, and we love the location. Checking in and out was super simple. The only small issue was that the elevator was not in prime working order. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you!

Awesome beach access

Clean, kitchen well enough stocked. Very quiet, great views. Towels were nice - bedding could have been better. Showers were very nice as well. Only 1 elevator working ! Pool warm enough even in January!

Our experience during our stay was truly exceptional. The views of the ocean from our unit was breathtaking. A short stroll brought us to the beach, providing us with convenient access to the shore. The entire property was meticulously cared for, and the provision of dedicated complimentary parking was a noteworthy convenience. The pool area offered a rejuvenating atmosphere, complemented by impeccably clean pool water. The unit we occupied was generously spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of five individuals, and it was equipped with essential amenities. While our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, it's important to mention that there was some disruption due to ongoing construction noise in another unit. Furthermore, we encountered intermittent inconvenience as not all of the elevators were operational. However, there is substantial elevator improvements in the pipeline. It was an unforgettable experience and I anticipate we will return in the future.
