The Opal-1609 Coastal Highway unit S403 - Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
Plan your family vacation now at this lovely Dewey Beach condo! The Opal S403 unit is a 2 bedroom, fourth floor condo conveniently located on Coastal Highway (Route 1) for quick access to the surrounding area. Head north to explore historic Lewes, or play games at Funland on the boardwalk in Rehoboth. Continue south to check out Delaware Seashore State Park along the coast south of Dewey, or cross the Indian River Inlet Bridge to see the quaint town of Bethany. Stay in Dewey and walk the 1.25 blocks to the beach there, or head towards the bay and take advantage of the playground at the end of McKinley Street. This is a non smoking unit. The building does have an elevator.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $148.50.

Bedding- 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleep Sofa

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A great little getaway with perfect location!

Can’t beat this location! Was awesome to be able to easily stop back at the condo throughout the day. Condo was nice and had what we needed. Didn’t end up using the pool, but it looked nice. We had 5 people (3 adults, 2 kids) and didn’t feel too crammed. Laundry in the unit was a HUGE plus!

Great property. In the heart of Dewey Beach where I could walk to everything. Nice vice of the pool which was just across McKinley. One block to the beach. Convenient parking. Owner takes excellent care of the property. I will go back!

Annual Dewey Beach Vacation

This condo is in a great location - close to the beach and all the restaurants. The condo was spotless; the kitchen is well stocked. Any questions we had were promptly answered. As Phillies fans, we loved the cable TV package because we could get all the games! Added bonus.

Great location

Place is very nice. Beds are both queens. It would be nice if one room has two twin beds. Or bunk beds. Parking spaces for units were under construction and parking was hard to find during busy 4th of July week which was inconvenient . Other then that it’s a great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived about 330pm, the cleaning crew was still onsite and finishing their job.The enter condo was still filthy with dirt on all baseboards, walls marked up. The parking was incredibly horrible due to construction on the parking facility.Nails, screws scattered across the lot, very unsafe.
