Our stay in OKC was awesome, thanks to our fabulous host!! The location was perfect for us, as we went to the National Cowboy Museum and to the WCWS. We were so close to both locations, literally a walk away from the museum and a couple of minutes drive from Devon Park. The house was very very clean and spacious for our family. The house is on a very safe and quiet street, my family and I felt very comfortable there. We were even able to get a morning run and walk in before the day got started, and we were totally safe. I would 100% recommend this host and when we return for the WCWS next year, we look forward to booking with them again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, being close to the zoo (one of the best in the country) and having close access to the interstate when you needed to travel to other parts of the city. The house was spacious and comfortable, with a big yard. Stephanie was a wonderful host. We never had a reason to call and report on any issues but she checked in on us during our stay.

Great location! Lots of room.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of room. Nice big dining area. Two living areas made this a nice place for a family gathering. The host Stephanie was on top of any problems that arose. We had a great time. Would definitely rent again.

Elvia, I am so happy you found our property and hosting interaction to be a "beautiful house, very clean, communication with Stephanie was great." Your booking was for our maximum of 8 sleeping guests and your extra overnight guests greatly exceeded that number. In spite of that, once the sleeping guest count was reconciled we allowed you to stay to ensure you could fully enjoy the comforts and amenities our home has to offer.

Perfect for family gatherings

This was perfect for our family of eight to gather together to play games and enjoy our time together, plenty of room and comfortable seating and a large table we could all gather around. Not far from highway access so it was easy to head down to Norman for a game as well as other local places for things to do. The host has put a lot of effort into making everything easy to use, convenient and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Splendidly perfect!

Our stay was wonderful. Lots of room to spread out, good size kitchen, and places to spend with the family but also places to have some quiet time. Neighborhood was very quiet. We were at a softball tournament so the washer and dryer was used a lot by us! Recommend this house to anyone!

House met all of our needs. We were in town for a softball tournament at Devon park. Close to the stadium and only about 15 minutes to bricktown. We personally found the beds to be uncomfortable but after long days of softball we made it work! Loved that there were basic cleaning supplies for the week and didn’t have to purchase extras! Plenty of space to spread out.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We're so glad to hear that the house met all of your needs during your softball tournament and that you enjoyed the convenient location to Devon Park and Bricktown. It’s great to know you appreciated the ample space to spread out and the availability of basic cleaning supplies for the week. As hosts, we understand that bed comfort can vary from guest to guest based on personal preferences; whether firm, medium, or soft so it can be a challenge to meet everyone’s individual needs. That said, we're happy to know it didn’t prevent you from completing your scheduled 6-night stay in our home. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future!

Early Mother’s Day

This was the perfect space! The kitchen is large and open and has everything you might need. It opens to a large dining room and table that’s decorated and then opens to a large and comfortable family room. The host was easy to reach and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. And it’s just a couple of blocks from the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum which is amazing!

Great communication from host, we had a nice stay!

Stephanie was very communicative from the start. She is a great host and the property was beautiful! It was a bit further than we expected from the State Fair Park but everything worked out well. She was eager to please and make sure we had a great trip. The house is spacious and was beautifully decorated. Gave us the feel like being at home. We had a couple small issues but they were dealt with promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend!!

Great stay at Persimmon Hill!

Stephanie’s house was wonderful! Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and in an excellent location. We were in OKC to view Prix de West at the museum. It was within walking distance of the house. An entrance to I-44 is less than ½ mile from the house - you can go anywhere in OKC in no time. The house was perfect for us. We had relatives come in from Iowa, and the house allowed us all to sit together to catch up. And Stephanie was friendly and easy to work with. Entry was a snap, as was leaving. The house is well equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances. And everything was clean. A truly enjoyable stay. Thank you, Stephanie!

It felt like home!

This home was immediately welcoming and we felt comfortable as soon as we walked through the door. The check in was extremely easy and the home is just like the pictures. There were so many extra touches it almost had a hotel feel - snacks, water bottles, lint rollers, first aid kit, toiletries, luggage rack, numerous pamphlets of local activities etc. I spent most of my downtime just sitting in the massive backyard enjoying the quiet. The kids appreciated having a TV in each room so that they could relax and watch whatever they wanted without having to fight over a remote! The only minor issue we had was with the air conditioning. The host & property manager responded right away. Both were very friendly and helpful. It felt like I was talking to a family member. The location was perfect. Every place we need to go was within 15 minutes and many places were within 5 minutes. We were in town for a tournament and the location made it easy to make it to other places between games. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Exceeds Expectations!

The pictures do not do the property justice. Large kitchen with an open floor plan to a dining room and lounge / TV area. For even more gathering options, there is a formal sitting room that closes off with large pocket doors. This place was fantastic! Good customer service is easy when things go well, great customer service happens when things don't. The host has the best communication I have experienced yet at a VRBO. The app was not working for me, and I couldn't access the instructions for entrance (deleted the app, re-installed it, all that) I messaged the host, and I had instant access. Now keep in mind OK is in the middle of a heatwave, weeks of triple digits. The a/c was not cooling the place even after several hours since we had been there. I messaged the host, the property manager was there within the hour, added some freon, cleaned the coils, and it was good to go. These things happen there is no fault here; the important thing is the responded immediately!! I not only recommend the property, but I am also trying to come up with a reason to go back.
