Condominio de 2 habitaciones en la unidad de la esquina del piso superior. Excelentes vistas y justo en la playa. Ubicarse en una asociación de viviendas de propiedad privada completa. Muy tranquilo, excepto por las olas rompiendo en la playa! No tenemos tiempo para compartir personas aquí, ni bares o restaurantes en la propiedad. La mayoría de las veces el desarrollo está 50% vacante. La playa en frente también es tranquila, casi no hay vendedores de playa y no hay chiringuitos ruidosos cerca. La mejor tienda de comestibles en la Baja a poca distancia junto con muchas tiendas y restaurantes. El centro de San José está a solo 1,6 km y Cabo San Lucas está a solo 20 km. Golf, pesca y exploración están muy cerca y el sol brilla casi todos los días. Estamos abiertos a alquileres a largo plazo del 1 de abril al 7 de enero. Los mínimos de 4 días a corto plazo están disponibles durante todo el año.

Feels like home

We have stayed at Gordon and Lisa's property several times now, and love this place. Quiet and comfortable, close to so many great restaurants, grounds and pool are beautiful. The property manager Rubens is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Another wonderful vacation stay, and we look forward to coming back again next year.

This rental unit was outstanding! Balcony was spacious and we had a front row seat for the ocean! Kitchen was well supplied. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Feels like home

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property. Location is perfect. Close to grocery store, shopping,, and to restaurants. The condo provides all the amenities needed. The grounds are pristine. We will be back.

Great family getaway

We love this condo - perfect location, quiet and well maintained site, condo itself is lovely in all aspects. Rubens (property manager) was quick to respond to a couple of concerns that we had. We had family stay with us this time, including our 2 year old grandson, and it all worked out so well for them too. Such a great place to spend quality time with family.

Beautiful Condo!

We had a great 10 day stay at Gordon's Beach frontcondo. It was clean and super well equipped with everything we needed! The top floor view of the manicured grounds , the pools and the ocean are great! The building is in a great location in San Jose Del Cabo and close to the grocery store. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Vacation Property

What a great property. Clean, well appointed, and a BEAUTIFUL view of the Sea of Cortez. Gordon's home is a comfortable, perfect place to relax. Las Mananitas takes great pride in their property. The grounds are meticulously well kept. As others have stated, it is in a great location, close to all that you'd need(groceries, restaurants, etc.). Can't wait to return!

We can’t say enough good things about this property! Super clean, super amenities in the condo, and a perfect view from the huge balcony! The two masters were perfect. The communication from the property manager was timely, helpful, and courteous. Everything we needed, besides food, was provided and made the stay very easy. Love, love, love this place and we will be back! Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot!

Condo was absolutely spectacular and even more beautiful that the photos. We had a snafu with the air conditioning and Rubens has it fixed within 24 hours. Great communication and location. Will definitely return.

Home Away from Home

We stayed at this location for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. We were a party of 2 retired couples and having 2 master bedrooms with full ensuites were perfect. The unit itself was very clean. The beds were comfy and the linen were of good quality. The kitchen had everything we needed to make most of our meals. The complex was well maintained and quiet. The owners and property manager were very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this location.

Perfection

This property is everything you hope for in a vacation rental. We have stayed in rental by owner properties in Europe, Central America and the US. They have all been good but this one was exceptional. The accommodations were top notch, the kitchen well supplied and the location central to restaurants, groceries and the plaza in San Jose. Ruebens, the manager, is very helpful and accessible. Can’t say enough good about this property.

5 Weeks Stay

I would give this property, owner and manager 10 STARS if I could. The unit is STOCKED with all the comforts of home and for the beach. You only need to bring what you want to wear and your smile. The owner and property manager are amazing, easy to communicate with and on top of EVERY need. I had family visiting on and off each week and each week it was so clean and so ready for each visitor! Loved it and can't wait to come back!!

Property was beachfront with a huge balcony. Pool and grounds were immaculate and staff was constantly walking the common areas. Owner ad property manager were very responsive. Condo was stocked with what you needed including dishwashing and washing machine detergent. Building had an elevator which was a plus with the luggage. Easy walk to the grocery store and nearby restaurants and 2 mile walk into San Jose downtown. Bus stop outside the gate. If you want a quiet relaxing vacation this is the place for you.

Paradise found

Although we have stayed at Las Mananitas in the past, this was our first time at this particular condo, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is clean, spacious and well stocked, has upgraded appliances, and the beds were very comfortable. We were thrilled to watch whales, dolphins and manta rays right from our balcony (third floor) while enjoying our morning coffee or having dinner. We barbequed most nights and made good use of the gym and tennis courts. The pools and grounds are immaculate. The location is a short walk to a huge grocery store or to Cynthia's for pick up. Thursday evenings were spent in San Jose del Cabo taking in the Art walk and festivities, and there are so many great restaurants there to try as well. Gordon and Lisa answered all of our questions promptly, and eased our minds regarding COVID issues the week before we were to arrive. Ruebens (property manager) checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We were able to arrange for a condo cleaning half way through our stay. Overall this was a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable vacation- we didn't want to leave! Thank you Gordon for sharing your beautiful place with us. We will look forward to returning soon.

First class accommodations - best location in San Jose Del Cabo

We have stayed at the Las Mananitas complex 3 times but this is definitely the best unit we have had the pleasure of staying in. Unobstructed beach views and the beautiful sunrises directly in front of your deck every morning. The unit is renovated , clean , spacious , tastefully decorated, and includes everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. The deck is massive and has multiple comfortable seating areas. Two master king bedrooms have their own bathrooms attached and are on opposite sides of the condo , ideal for two couples. Beds were extremely comfortable as was all the furniture. Owner and property manager were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Las Mananitas is one of the premier condo developments in San Jose Del Cabo. Beachfront , safe , secure , meticulously maintained and in the most convenient location. Close to the airport and a 5-10 minute walk to two large and modern grocery stores . A bus to downtown goes right past the front gate and takes under 10 minutes. No trouble finding a lounger in the sun or shade here, typically less than half are occupied even at the busiest times. Multiple pools and beachfront locations to relax and unwind. Miles of sandy beaches and a gym and tennis courts for those who want to remain active.

Wow!!!! So nice!!! Favorite place to stay in San Jose del Cabo. Great location too!

From several days prior to our arrival until the end of our amazing 19 day vacation in Cabo, the experience was flawless! We arrived to an ambiance of Latin flare at the condo. Music playing, fans spinning, water in the fridge, palms swaying. Heaven!!! Rubens, the property manager, reached out periodically to make sure everything was good for us and to see if we needed anything. The condo is so beautiful and comfortable. Very well decorated (pics don’t do it justice), amazing views, well stocked with everything we needed (except food from the grocery store- 7 min walk), great gym on property, tennis court (w/ rackets and balls), many pools to choose from that are crystal clean, inviting hot tubs, immaculate bathrooms at the pools, hammocks, guarded grounds, lush vegetation, loads of flowers and palms that just make you smile.....Las Mananitas is such a nice complex. Our family of four loved our time and can’t wait to visit again!! Nice chairs, umbrellas and tables at the pools, big grills that are cleaned often at the pools. I recommend restaurants Lateral and Chostomo (right at La Comer grocery store.). Took the bus to Cabo San Lucas. No need for a car. Walked to the movies(25 min) in San Jose and watched Spider-Man! Fun trip!! Thank you so much, Gordon and Rubens!! The condo is so pretty and we already miss it!

Breathtaking View

Las Mañanitas is a special place and this condo does not disappoint. Very well stocked for all your needs and a very comfortable feel as you recline on the terrace and look out to one of the most beautiful sights you will ever see. My wife and I have traveled a fair amount, and I can easily say this is the most breathtaking view! For you early birds , sunrises are such a treat. Property manager Rubens is a rock star, and ensures your stay is a good one. We will definitely be back……hopefully sooner rather than later.

Quiet Comfort.

Wonderfully furnished condo with all of the extras one would need for a pleasant, relaxing stay. Great location both for a trip to the grocery or a walk on the beach. Beautifully landscaped outdoor gardens and sparkling clean pools. Would love to stay there again.

Superb property

Wonderful property... Man what a great property: Clean, Well Appointed Kitchen/Television/beds/living room, Comfortable, SAFE!, Beautiful Campus with lovely pools, Great Outdoor BBQ grills,Stellar View of the ocean, and very nice people. Myself and associate attended a surgical conference in the hotel zone. My wife wanted some pool and reading time. We wanted something away from crowds. What a gem. We loved it. We most certainly will be returning

Wonderful apartment

Very comfortable stay for me. The apartment was spotless with high quality linnens and towels. Kitchen has all the equipment and house was stocked with lots of extras. Terass was great as was all other facilities. Will not hesitate to come back again.

Checked all the boxes

From the moment we stepped into the condo we were impressed by everything. The condo is spacious, tastefully decorated, updated and clean. Then you walk out onto the this spectacular deck with a glorious view of the pool, gardens and beach and you instantly relax and melt into vacation mode. Rubens was fabulous and was always checking in and was very responsive. I swear they purchase new BBQs every day because they are cleaned to pristine condition. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation with all amenities within walking distance, then I highly recommend this condo. We found our yearly get away and already look forward to our return.

We have been exploring the Baja for over 20 years, we owned a bigger place here in Las Mananitas for the last 12 years. As our families have grown we decided to separate and buy 2 smaller condos.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Las Mananitas is an ideal location to enjoy San Jose del Cabo, you can walk to many nice restaurants and shops. Groceries are only a couple blocks away. But it is also sort of on the edge of San Jose, so the beach has some walking traffic but mostly it's pretty quiet. Almost no beach vendors! We love San Jose, but don't care much for downtown Cabo San Lucas. It's about 12 miles to the west, close enough if you want to go visit but the noise and hustle doesn't spread over to San Jose. In San Jose rarely will you be approached by pushy sales people and by 11:00 pm most of San Jose has gone to bed. There are a few places now that stay open later but nothing that is going to disturb your evening. If you want the party, head down to Cabo, the clubs there are everywhere and the party doesn't get rolling till after 10 pm!
