This perfect retreat features 1 bedroom with a king bed, a bathroom with a hair dryer, and convenient amenities like WiFi, smart TV, and central AC. Guests can relax in the soothing atmosphere of Mykonos Bay Resort, complete with a fitness center, tennis/pickleball court, and oasis like grounds.

This Mykonos San Jose del Cabo 4th floor corner condo with elevator access and private entrance is located right on the the famous Costa Azul beach, the top surfing beach in Los Cabos. Four surf breaks are available for your adventure; Zippers, Pescaditos, The Rock, and Acapulquito. Multiple surf shops are within easy walking distance. They provide both rentals and lessons.

Fully updated and modern in every respect with stunning ocean views. Whale watching (in season) from your own private patio with provided binoculars. Mykonos Bay Resort has 24 hour gated security with free parking and is located a quick 15 minutes from the Los Cabos International airport (SJD) with multiple restaurants a short walk in either direction on the beach.

Mykonos is known for its beautiful setting and oasis like grounds. It boast 3 salt water pools, 2 hot tubs, complete gym, and tennis/pickleball court (bring your own equipment) and beach side lounges, shaded tables, and common area charcoal grill.

The recently remodeled 1 bedroom condo boasts a king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, and in unit washer and dryer. Fiber optic internet powers a smart TV that has all US and Canadian networks and sports channels free of charge.

A $200 fully refundable deposit will be required prior to check-in instructions. It will be returned in full 48 hours after checkout if nothing is missing or damaged.

Roger the host was amazing,communication was prompt and very informative.Condo complex was very relaxing and property was very well maintained.Condo was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the constant traffic and noise from the highway. Especially at night as bedroom window faced the highway.

Perfect Location

The property was well furnished and decorated with everything I needed and all in working order. The grounds, pool, access to the beach and view were great. I would absolutely stay here again.

Host was very helpful. Apartment was in excellent condition and the property has great amenities...pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center. It is not a great location unless you rent a car, as there is very little in walking distance and road is very busy. Would prefer a unit away from highway.

The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated with everything we needed. The mattress was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The grounds were immaculate, and we found the location quite convenient. The only minor downside was the road noise from the balcony, as the condo is right on the main highway. However, it wasn’t bad when you were by the pool or inside.

We found Mykonos to be a small oasis on the corridor. The grounds are immaculate and the pools were so nice to swim in. Having the beach at your doorstep was great for walking or just hanging out. There are several restaurants that you can walk to via the beach which is a bonus. We had a few issues just after checking in to Mykonos which did get resolved quickly. We also had an issue with sugar ants which we quickly got resolved with the property manager. We did find the traffic very noisy as the bedroom backs onto the highway, so ear plugs might be needed if you are a light sleeper--it does stop through the night.We would return to this resort.

Amazing Stay!

This condo had everything you could need to be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for a week, the bed was comfortable, the space was very cute and clean. It was a nice experience at the pool because everyone was very quiet and respectful. No children were there; the vibe was much more adult focused which we loved for relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back!

This condo is so well appointed and Roger is an excellent host! It is small but the space is well used. Mykonos is a fantastic resort on a beautiful beach. People are very friendly, pools are perfect and there are ample loungers available. We used the pickleball court several times and greatly enjoyed it. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals, including many spices and even complimentary coffee! We were also able to watch Canadian and American TV which was such a bonus to allow us to follow our favourite hockey team. As others have noted, the noise from the highway is prominent as the balcony is situated close to the traffic. There is ongoing road work currently which definitely impacted our stay as the grocery store (perhaps 1.5 km away) required 25 minutes each way as roads were closed and the re-routing was long and slow. Obviously this could not be controlled by the host, but it made us less eager to explore the area. Hopefully all will be completed in the next few months- we would love to return!

This is a bright corner unit (blackout shades provided) with its own patio. It is very private. With it being located in Mykonos Bay Resort you get to enjoy the uncrowded grounds and same shared amenities that the penthouse owners enjoy.
