Vores romantiske Beach Bunny Cottage i Santa Barbara har et stort soveværelse, kingsize-seng, et stort badeværelse med 2 håndvask og badekar / brusebad og komplet skab og 2. komplet badeværelse med bruser. Der er en hems med 2-enkeltsenge eller deluxe dronning airbed (efter anmodning). Vores Beach Bunny Cottage er fuldt møbleret, inklusive deluxe sengetøj, håndklæder, tallerkener, gryder og pander køkkenredskaber. Vi har badehåndklæder, strandstole og parasoller. Baghaven og dækket er fuldt indhegnet og har en grill.
Parkering er på gaden med et bybesøgspass, som vi leverer under dit ophold. JA! Vores hytte har aircondition!

Vores Beach Bunny Cottage ligger 2 blokke til smukke strande, havnen, Stearns Wharf og 4 blokke til State Street "Funk Zone" med vingårde, bryggerier, restauranter og shopping. Vores sommerhus blev bygget i 1928 og er for nylig blevet opdateret og renoveret med komfort og bekvemmeligheder for at gøre det til dit hyggelige hjem væk fra hjemmet. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED staying at Beach Bunny!! We walked the beach every morning and went into town every day!! Bunny was absolutely lovely!!! Super sweet and you can ask her any question while you stay.She also has everything you need for a wonderful stay AND Her husband is super nice as well!!! Next time we go to Santa Barbara we definitely will stay at Beach Bunny.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Beach Bunny's cottage. The home was just as described and in a perfect location - we walked and biked EVERYWHERE. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was SO comfortable. It was very clean which is so important to me, and just a wonderful overall place.

The cottage is adorable… Exactly like the pictures beach.. A nice walk to the harbor and to the beach. The owner was lovely and met us there to give us the key and show us around which I really appreciated . The kitchen has everything you need. Overall, the location was fabulous as was the darling cottage.

Our most recent stay was in June of 2025 (how did I wait so long to do this review?). This is our second stay at Beach Bunny Cottage and we loved it as much as the first time. The property has a great location, within a five minute walk to the beach area, restaurants, and shops. The area is easy to navigate on foot, and the interstate is nearby if you want to take a day trip. There's also a train station a few blocks away if you prefer to travel without a car. There's plenty to see and do on foot.Bunny has created a charming space, clean, safe, and with everything you need. The front and back decks offer quiet and calm. Two bathrooms are a plus, as are all the household amenities. Bunny knows about everything the area, and she's got great recommendations. One thing we'd suggest is making a reservation for "Lil Toot, the cute tour boat at the harbor. The route changed over the last two years and we learned more about the harbor area, and wildlife from the crew. This is the perfect place to stay in Santa Barbara surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods, restaurants, and shops. Book it!

What a great stay! This is such a convenient location; we got a lot of steps in walking to Stearn's Wharf, the Harbor/Breakwater. Went to Dart coffee twice, there's a cute garden across the street you can take your coffee to. The Trolley Tour was cool and don't miss the Courthouse. Loved Riviera Bar, McConnell's Ice Cream, Blue Door antiques. Don't miss Bettina pizza, Arnoldi's, and Rudy's. It was so convenient having 2 bathrooms. The mini splits worked great for AC. Bunny has a great fan in the bedroom which was perfect for white noise! The back deck off the bedroom was great for coffee and wine. Quiet neighborhood-we love walking around looking at all the gorgeous and unique vegetation/flowers. A perfect time for our 30th anniversary! :)

HOP TO IT ! STAY AT BUNNY'S COTTAGE

The beach bunny cottage was an absolute perfect choice for myself and 2 granddaughters, ages 12 &15. The location on a lovely tree lined street was perfect and the walk to the beach was easy, even carrying beach gear.The cottage has EVERYTHING you could possibly need if heading to the beach, from chairs to towels and even a cooler. Everything else is great in the cottage from a well stocked kitchen to bathrooms with plenty of towels and very nice amenities. I can't say enough positive things about this place. I hope to return some time in the future !!

This is a charming property very close to the beach and within walking distance to a very vibrant area with things to do for adults and kids. The cost was very reasonable and Bunny was very accessible and responsive. If you are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask for the primary bedroom. There is a small, but bright east facing window! The kids loved the upstairs space! Thank you!

Great Stay All Around!

10/10 trip. Bunny was a wonderful hostess and the cottage was perfect. Great location, clean, spacious, comfy and has everything you could need for your trip. Will definitely come back with the family soon. We really enjoyed our time and Bunny was so friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable/Cozy/Convenient Cottage

Bunny is an excellent host. During our introduction with the property I keep hearing “don’t worry about this, that, or the other - you are on vacation”!! Who says this??? Bunny does. Her property is very close to the beach, the funk zone and State Street. It was very clean and had all the convinces of home. The cottage is perfect for a small group or family. I highly recommend you stay here on your next visit to Santa Barbara.

We're Santa Barbara California Natives and love our City and Community. Santa Barbara is known worldwide for the climate, scenery, beaches, people, activities and of course, our Santa Barbara County Wine Region. Relax, enjoy and soak up the local sun and fun.
We purchased the 1928 Cottage in 2009 and renovated it into the cozy, comfortable and charming Cottage that our new guests love and repeat guests come back for year after year.
Bunny is a local Realtor and Top 1% at Berkshire Hathaway and also an interior designer. You may have watched Bunny on many HGTV or Discovery Channel decorating shows or her own show, "Your Home Studio" on TNN. Her husband, David, is a retired General Contractor, avid fisherman and restorer of a 1966 Austin Healey.
We welcome you all to come and enjoy, relax and experience Santa Barbara. We know you will love your experience and want to come back again!

Our Cottage style is so darn cute and the super location of just 2 blocks to the beach, Harbor and Breakwater. Our Cottage is a darling petite 1928 Craftsman Cottage and we just could not resist purchasing it, doing the renovation, decorating and turning it into a wonderful home-away-from-home for our guests.

What makes our property so unique, is exactly what our guests write about in their reviews! They love the location, walkability, only blocks to the beach, amenities, restaurants, and no need to rent a car. They love the floor plan of our Cottage with the bedroom at the back and french doors to the outdoor deck. They love the cleanliness "spotlessly clean", they write! They love the comfortable beds, crisp yet soft sheets, fresh smell, lots of fluffy towels, and beach towels. They love that the kitchen is well stocked with appliances, utensils, everything they need. Children love the loft! They love to play and sleep in their own space. Our guests love that our Cottage is a cozy comfortable "home" and feels much more relaxing than a hotel room.

What really makes our property unique, is our guests. From around the world they find our Cottage and enjoy their stay. Many come back year after year, which is truly our biggest compliment.
