Overall, the stay was average. The apartment is cute but very very small. There is an outdoor patio though, so with good weather, you’d have an extension to make the place feel larger than it is. The shower is tiny and is an elbow banger if you’re tall. One of the biggest downsides to this place was the paper thin walls. We could hear every single movement from the common stairs, and everything on the street. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and some pots and plates, etc. but if you’re looking to cook, you need to bring in literally everything else. The location is fantastic though! It’s only a 15 minute walk to the beach, and there are little markets and convenience stores within walking distance. The parking is also very convenient, especially for Santa Barbara. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again. But if you’re a simple traveler / minimalist, this is the perfect place! It just didn’t align with our expectations.
