The property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, abundantly stocked and was very quiet! It was comfortable for our group of four adults and one child. Pam was responsive and we even had the pleasure of meeting her during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderful place. My wife and I had a great stay with our teenage grandsons. The accommodations were perfect. Property is right on the James River and we had a great time wading, swimming, and fishing in it. Brought back memories from my younger years. Lots of animals and so close to the town of Scottsville. The hosts were fantastic and we really enjoyed chatting with them. It felt like family staying here. Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful place with us.

Ruth was a wonderful guest. We had had a terrible snow storm with ice covering our driveway which we were still working to clear. She was so patient and kind. We loved having her here and we definitely would welcome her back
