- A 31 m² living room with a sitting area. This can be separated by a curtain to form a sleeping area with two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed (140x190).
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC
- Linen room (with washbasin and dressing area)

First floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) opening onto a 10 m² balcony.

Outside:
- An 8 m² south-facing terrace overlooking a 110 m² private enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
