Want more space and privacy than a vacation condominium can offer?  Rent this cute furnished cottage with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, with terrazzo floors throughout and central A/C to keep you cool and comfortable. This home also offers a screened porch that leads to the fenced backyard and washer & dryer in utility room off  the carport.

Beyond the cottage itself, the additional benefit of this rental is it's super convienent location!  It is situated on a quiet residential street in Jensen Beach within walking distance to local grocery stores (Publix and Winn Dixie).  Also nearby is an American Legion. Best of all you can walk to downtown historic Jensen Beach with delightful restaurants, cafes, and retail shops.  The property is less than 10 minutes drive to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean at Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island for swimming, sunning, and fishing.  It's also just a short distance from Frances Langford Park with sports fields, courts, and children's playground, as well as the waterfront Riverside Park that features a fishing pier, music events, and the Children's Museum.  Two public access golf courses are within 15 minutes away for those that like to find their Florida sand on the links!

Utility allowance of $115/month during the off season for any stays over 29 nights. (May-November) Tenant is responsible for any overage.

There was an issue with plumbing and the owner was quick to get it looked at. We had to leave the cottage early and move somewhere else because the issue turned out worse than expected. The owner was great. The realtor working with us did an amazing job in getting us booked in another place.

I guess the only thing negative was that we needed to be out by 9 AM which is pretty early, also the cleaning crew arrived at 9 AM

1964 retro house kept in very good condition. House was easy to keep clean. Laundry is in an outbuilding that is monitored by a small lizard (we named it Archie). Neighbors were friendly and nice to visit with. American Legion within walking distance for lunch.

Property very clean, nice and easy walk to downtown and their restaurants and very well stocked. Easy drive to Jensen Beach which was important to us. I would add an outside grill would have been an added feature that we would have liked. The two beds work for one person but when two sleep on them you sink into the center. I would recommend and would rent this property again. Very, very clean and in a nice neighborhood.

Property was as stated in the VRBO preview. The only issue I have is the mattress in the queen bedroom is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

Jenson beach cottage

We made a reservation that was accepted on the 27th of June for the 4th of Judy weekend. on June 30th the property canceled our stay with no alternative accommodation. they also would not refund the $82 VRBO fee and I have to contact VRBO to get that fixed even though they terminated my reservation.
