A fun and memorable experience starts here! Newly remodeled and furnished condo with private covered balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton. Watch the sunrise and sunset while sipping your favorite beverage.

Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Shopping, Casual and Fine dining, Entertainment - all within a 5-mile radius.

A few miles further are the Historic Downtown Hot Springs, and the Hot Springs National Park!

Boat Slip and Trailer parking is $15/night. Boat Ramp is $20/loading collect on the spot.

2nd Pet - contact host.

Extra safe with the security camera for the stairwell and the front entrance.

I am Chris Wong. Born and raised on Borneo Island, Malaysia. Graduated from Texas A&M and now working as a software engineer at a major airline in the USA.

Enjoy traveling and have been to several countries in the Europe, Asia, Middle East, North America, islands in the Indian Ocean. The profile photo was taken at Stockholm, Sweden.

In my travel, I prefer Air BnB because it provides more opportunity to interact with the local community and see the local housing architecture.

A lakefront property adds variety to my property profile. This condo is on the lake shore, close to city and casino fun. The first property at the Hot Springs Village is in the middle of the wooded nature, surrounded by lakes and golf courses.

Also this is a rare opportunity to get a lakefront unit at the Willow Beach Resort which is strategically located and well maintained by the strong HOA.

I am learning property remodeling with my personal touch and this unit needed some "tender loving care" when I bought it.
