Beautiful beach front fully furnished 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo in Pinnacle Port on Panama City Beach Florida. Pinnacle Port has views of the Gulf of America, Lake Powell, and The World's Most Beautiful Beaches. Camp Helen State Park is right next to the condo unit to the west. The large great room includes plenty of cozy seating while watching the unobstructed sunset through the glass doors which lead out to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook great meals during your vacation. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, a full ensuite bathroom, and large windows looking out to a wide-open beach. The guest bedroom has twin bunk beds, a full-size bed, and an ensuite full bathroom. Stroll the pristine beaches or take a short drive down to Pier Park where you will find great shopping, multiple restaurants, and plenty of entertainment for all ages. This ideal location grants you easy access to all of the best things right here in Panama City Beach Florida!

Pinnacle Port is a quiet gated community between the Gulf of America and Lake Powell. Sit back and relax on the beach, enjoy some fishing on Lake Powell, or make a splash in one of our pools. Pinnacle Port Resort offers relaxation and security. Pinnacle Port guests get access to a boat ramp and boat slips as well as tennis courts, pickle ball, half basketball court, saunas, small fitness facility, and even a playground.

We loved our stay at Sandy Bottoms! The view of the sunsets from our balcony and the easy beach access made for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay again!

Always love the location. Love the views. Love the ease of booking, and the ease of the check-in, check-out process. If you like a firm mattress, the King Suite is for you. Some pieces of furniture were too large, (unnecessary), and in the way, but manageable for a week. There are some repairs to be made (bathroom fixtures, outlets, etc), but it does look like they are working to update the place (appliances, furniture, etc) and make improvements. It is a great place for family vacation, close to everything but still private.

Anniversary Getaway

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The area was great with many things to do. Great walking beach with a park next door to also walk thru, kayaks, bikes and many things to do in a close drivable distance. We also had very good communication from the property manager.

Love the location!

We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this property and its proximity to Lake Powell. Initial communication with the property manager was good but after arrival and notifying the property manager of a couple of issues, they did not respond. The condo was surface clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay.

This unit is in a very quiet part of the Panama City Beach and is very well maintained with every amenity you could ask for. this is the 2nd time in this unit and we will be back!

The location of this property was amazing. Unfortunately, the guest room mattress is so old and worn out that no one could sleep on it. An adult had to sleep on the bunk bed instead. Additionally, both vents blow right on the heads of the beds making it tough to sleep. There were some repair issues taking the overall condition of the condo down a bit. For example, the showerhead in the guest bath is floating and not attached to the wall. The floors had not been mopped in a long time and our feet would get black on the bottom pretty quickly after a shower. It’s a shame because if the sleeping conditions had been better, we would have loved to have rented this condo again. If the owners replaced the mattresses and put plastic vent covers to redirect the air in the bedrooms this would be an amazing place to stay!

With regards to the issues you stated, we did discuss the showerhead, and I offered to have someone come and look at it, but you stated it was not a hindrance, so I scheduled maintenance after your check-out to not interfere with your stay. I wish you had voiced concern about the mattress and the floors while you were here. I would have immediately had the cleaners come and redo the floors, that I assure you are mopped at every clean and inspected. I will check the mattress immediately, as this is the first complaint about its condition. These concerns are why I stay in contact with all of our guests during their stay so that any issues can be immediately addressed, if brought to my attention. Thank you again.

Family fall vacation

This condo was very nice .our daughter and her husband and two boys , 3 and under stayed in this condo . It was actually bigger than the condo that the rest of the family stayed in . The only negative thing that I and my daughter can say about it is the floors were not clean enough . The boys had dirty feet after being there a few hours . We experienced this in our condo also . The managers need to stress to the cleaning service to mop the floors really good . I don’t know if they just sweep and vacuum but they need to mop for sure. We have experienced the floors not being clean with other condos at Pinnacle Port . We had to vacuum and mop the floor and that should have already been taken care of . I would suggest to the cleaning service to get a steam mop or a commercial mop . We would definitely stay in this condo again. It was very nice and plenty of room and it was in a great location C3401 . We like staying at Pinnacle Port because it is directly on the beach and you don’t have to walk far to the ocean with the kids.

Family trip - 7th time to Pinnacle

I don't know if this condo has an individual owner and uses a property management company, or if the management company owns the condo. Like the review before mine, the communication with the property management company was good, but emailed a few things after I got there and nothing. No reply. Balcony was not swept or the table wipe off on the balcony. There was a broken handle left on the balcony table. The only hangers in the the master bedroom were child sized hangers. You need to hang things because there is very few drawers. (they are small drawers) Only one kitchen towel. If you eat in at all, the stove top takes forever to heat up. The dining room table is scratched on top a bit. I wanted them to know we did not do that. (Like I said, I got no reply) Also, the $30 (which ended up being more like $35) parking pass, per vehicle. We have never had to do that in the past. Dragonfly Property management indicated everyone does now. My son did not have to purchase one for their condo. They stayed at the exact same time as me. And, for some reason Pinnacle Port thinks I have an upcoming visit, and they just sent me one. Without filling out a form or paying. I don't know. The living area, however, is nice and spacious with a big sectional couch. We love being in the C-3 building, because there are fewer people down on that end of the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, the AC unit for the entire condo complex went out our third day on vacation but the manager of Dragonfly was very good about touching base with us for updates, working with us when we needed to stay elsewhere with our four year old because our room was 87 degrees. He was very understanding and apologetic, but most importantly didn't disregard the fact that it was our vacation and while it was out of anyone's control, he still worked to ensure we got some sort of credit for the inconvenience. The condo itself was in great condition and in the most perfect location! We love building C3 and the views are indescribable! It was perfect for our family of three but we could have easily fit a few more people with the space in the condo. Everything was well stocked and we would definitely recommend this condo, it's honestly one of the best in the complex and we've stayed at quite a few!
