As you step into our breathtaking condo, you'll be greeted with spacious living areas, tasteful decor, and all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. The living room features a 55-inch flat-screen TV, perfect for cozy movie nights after a day at the beach. Step out onto the gulf-view balcony, where you'll find seating for 4 on the sturdy and comfortable chairs , ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail.

The master bedroom boasts a plush King bed, along with a small desk area for catching up on emails or planning your day's adventures. The master bath features a beautiful custom tile walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has sleeping for 4 with a King Bed, and a cozy Twin Bunk bed with beach themed bedding that kids will love!

The kitchen is generously appointed with all of the necessities you will need, including a Keurig coffee maker for that morning pick-me-up. Whip up your favorite meals with ease, and dine together at the dining table or alfresco on the balcony.

The dining table seats 6 with extra seating available at the bar beside it.

The condo is equipped with a full size washer/dryer for all your laundry needs.

Good property if looking for beach

Good property clean nicely furnished. Would stay again. Wasn’t an issue for us but if a very tall person ceilings are low in kitchen may be a problem. Otherwise no concerns or issues. Great location for beach pool tennis basketball shuffle grills.

Great views every day!

We had a great time in this condo. It was the right size for all of us. Kitchen had all the basics that you would need; beds were comfy; nice size bathroom in main bedroom. Had coffee on the balcony every morning; rain or shine. The only drawback (and this is not related to the actual condo) was if you wanted a nice spot on the beach, you need to get set up with your beach chairs, etc by 7am. I would definitely return to this place.

We rented the facility the day before we came so we didn't have a lot of time but the process was fine. When I tried to call during business hours the day we were coming down, I got voicemail and did not speak to anyone. We had to get help connecting with Wi-fi and that went ok. I felt the kitchen tools were pretty basic but the furniture was nice and it was clean. I would like to have had information about how to rent chairs easily available from the management and didn't like the location as much as some of the other Pinnacle Port stays I've had.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay. Unit was clean and organized. Only a few things to do for improvement. The master sheets were low quality and rough. There were stains on the couch/loveseat cushions, master shower needs new curtains. And the AC didn’t do a great job cooling the master BR. I didn’t report any of these as it wasn’t critical for our stay. Overall great stay experience.

Overall Great Stay

This is our second time staying in Pinnacle Port and our first time in this unit. The location is spectacular. Right around the corner is beach access and the views from the balcony were phenomenal. The unit was tidy when we arrived with the exception of the washing machine which had some mildew and mold on the seal (I ran a cleaning cycle with bleach and it cleaned right up) and a couple spots on the wall that looked like they were missed. I ran into a couple of issues, the dryer lent trap seemed to be chipped, not allowing it to fit snuggly and caught our clothes several times and one of the burners on the range didn’t heat, which was not a big deal, as the three others were perfectly functional. I emailed management regarding these issues and they stated they would get them addressed. Overall our stay was great. The unit was comfy and offered plenty of space for our family of three, had impecable views of the ocean and the beach was very easily accessible. The complex also has a great selection of amenities offered to guests and my son made great use of the swimming pool. I think we would definitely book this unit again, as we really enjoy the complex and had a great visit.

The only negative thing I have to say about this property is that it wasn’t very clean. The main area was vacuumed and mopped, but the corners and surfaces of furniture were very dusty, sticky and kinda gross. I also had to wash almost every pot or pan before I used it. The kitchen drawers were sticky and full of crumbs. I washed all the silverware and cleaned out the drawer before we used it. A person shouldn’t have to do this in a vacation rental. Also, the bottom of the shower curtain liner was moldy. The condo is in a great location. The furniture was comfortable for the most part. Unfortunately, the bunk beds were too uncomfortable for my teenage girls to sleep on, so we had three sleeping in the king size bed. We love pinaccle port, but I probably would not rent this same unit again, unless they get better housekeepers.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful stay. Condos were directly on beach, with short walk. View from balcony was great and balcony chairs comfortable and tall enough to allow for view. Emerald Coast rental staff, however, was slow to respond to our needs with a couple of problems that we encountered.
