This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom southwest-facing suite is located in the desirable Bow Building, with easy access to the resort pool, hot tub, and gym.

THE SPACE

- Open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining and living areas.

- Regular drip coffee maker, complimentary coffee, coffee mate and sugar.

- In-suite Washer/Dryer with laundry detergent, plus iron and ironing board.

- Complimentary WIFI and cable TV.

- The living room sofa is also a pull-out queen bed.

- One high chair and one Pack N Play are always available in the unit, please bring your own sheets/bedding for your baby.

- Bedroom#1 - queen bed, smart TV, electric fireplace, private 4-piece bathroom, and balcony access.

- Bedroom#2 - king bed, electric fireplace and 4-piece bathroom.

Every bedroom is equipped with an extra blanket, portable heater, and fan for added comfort.

Each bathroom is stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

This is a southwest-facing, first-floor unit with large balcony. An electric BBQ and patio dining set is available for your dining convenience.

- Heated pool and hot tub can be found in the Bow building where our unit is located.

- One Wellness & Spa - includes: sauna, steam room, relaxation lounge, fitness center, change rooms (available at additional personal cost).

- Heated underground parking with entrance clearance (7'6" or 2.3m).

- Private storage locker in the parkade to store skis, boards, snowshoes, bikes, etc.

GUEST ACCESS

Keypad self check-in. Please ensure your email address on file is up to date, as all instructions, access codes, and detailed information will be sent to guest's Vrbo inbox (also copied to guest's email address on file) 3 days before arrival. Kindly review everything in advance so you won’t need to wait for a response about check-in details while in the parkade or outside the unit.

Guests can access the entire condo except for locked supply closet.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

★ Please keep your email on VRBO file up to date as check-in instructions will be sent to your VRBO inbox and email. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 15 minutes after booking, if you don't receive anything please double check your email address on VRBO file.

★ Travel Insurance: For extra peace of mind, we recommend adding trip protection and/or damage protection on Vrbo, which becomes available right after you complete your booking request.

★ Please read all details in this listing carefully to find answers to common questions. This helps avoid waiting for a general response from the host and ensures a smoother booking experience.

★ No-pet policy (including hypoallergenic breeds): to keep the space allergy-friendly and comfortable for all guests.

★ Please note: Any building amenities are subject to availability & only open during buildings allowed times. Solara Resort (built in 2008) may occasionally undergo maintenance, which is out of your host's control and could result in minor inconvenience such as,

• Maintenance to elevators, water supply, pool, hot tub, parkade and gym.
• Often scheduled on short notice and beyond our control.
• By safety laws fire alarms are regularly tested. Notice is usually posted in the elevators.

★ A second heated underground parking space may be available through a personal contact for $10/night - half the public rate, subject to availability. Please contact the host in advance to check if it's available for your dates. Free street parking is available nearby along Kananaskis Way, but spots may be limited on weekends and during high season.

★ For your health and safety, we do not provide condiments that require refrigeration after opening (like mayo, ketchup, salad dressings, etc.). Feel free to bring your favorites along.

★ Park Pass Policy: Parks Canada strictly enforces pass-sharing regulations for short-term rentals, and using a non-transferable pass puts guests at risk of unexpected issues or fines with park officers. While you may see some hosts still advertising shared park passes, we choose to prioritize your peace of mind and total stay security by not offering them.

★ This condo is in the Solara condominium complex but is privately owned and managed by your host. It is not one of the units operated by the hotel manager.

★ Bear Spray: For safety and hygiene reasons, bear spray is not stocked in the unit. If you plan to hike, bear spray can easily be rented or purchased at local outdoor shops in town.


HOUSE RULES

★ Quiet Hours: 10 pm – 8 am.

★ No parties, no pets, and no smoking inside the unit.

★ Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms. Enjoy them in the kitchen or dining area.

★ Please remove outdoor footwear indoors to protect the flooring. Your are welcome to bring indoor shoes or slippers.

★ Avoid using white towels for makeup removal or hair dye—you’re welcome to bring your own wipes or dark towels if needed.

★ Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) cannot be store in unit nor balcony. Waxing is strictly prohibited. Private parkade storage locker available.

★ Do not leave food or garbage outdoors, as it may attract wildlife and create safety hazards.

★ Do not use any fire hazards that may cause a fire alarm or serious damages.

★ Only registered guests are allowed. Occupancy must not exceed the stated limit.

★ We do not charge for minor accidental damage (e.g. a broken glass or plate), but kindly notify us if anything breaks or spills so we can replace it for future guests.

★ During your stay, we provide vacation style housekeeping so housekeeping will only clean our condo again after departure.

★ By booking this property, you agree to take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of your guests during your stay, and to use the premises and amenities with care. The hosts are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses that occur on the property.
