⬤ GUEST ACCESS & SECURITY

- Self check-in with keypad for both front door and garage door.

- All instructions, access codes and detailed information will be sent to guest's Vrbo inbox (also copied to guest's email address on file) 3 days before arrival. Kindly review everything in advance so you won’t need to wait for a response about check-in details outside the unit.

- Guests have full access to the entire unit, except for the locked storage and furnace rooms.

- An exterior myQ Video Keypad is installed on the garage door frame. It functions as a keyless entry lock for garage access and features a motion-activated camera monitoring the driveway approach for property security when the home is vacant. No cameras monitor living areas or any interior home spaces.

★ Please ensure the email address on your Vrbo account is up to date.

★ Lots of stairs to climb in all The Mercer (built in 2018) units.

★ No washroom on the main floor.

★ Travel Insurance: For extra peace of mind, we recommend adding trip protection and/or damage protection on Vrbo, which becomes available right after you complete your booking request.

While you may see some hosts still advertising shared park passes, we choose to prioritize your peace of mind and total stay security by not offering them.

★ Winter AC Notice (Oct – May): Outdoor A/C units are covered and turned off once daily low temperatures drop below 0°C to protect them during winter conditions.

★ For your health and safety, we do not provide condiments that require refrigeration after opening (like mayo, ketchup, salad dressings, etc.). Please feel free to bring your favorites along!

★ Bear Spray: For safety and hygiene reasons, bear spray is not stocked in the unit. If you plan to hike, bear spray can easily be rented or purchased at local outdoor shops in town.

★ Hot Tub & Pool: The Mercer complex does not have its own hot tub or pool. However, Elevation Place (2-minute drive) offers a full public recreation facility including fitness center, climbing wall, aquatic playground, lazy river, hot tub, and swimming pool.

⬤ HOUSE RULES

★ Quiet Hours: 10 pm – 8 am.

★ No parties, no pets, and no smoking inside the unit.

★ Please avoid food or drinks in the bedrooms: Enjoy them in the kitchen or dining area.

★ Please remove outdoor shoes inside to protect the flooring. Feel free to bring indoor shoes or slippers.

★ Please avoid using white towels for makeup removal or hair dye. Feel free to bring your own wipes or dark towels.

★ Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) must be stored in the garage. Waxing is strictly prohibited.

★ Do not leave food or garbage outdoors, as it may attract wildlife and create safety hazards.

★ Do not use any fire hazards that may trigger a fire alarm or pose fire hazards.

★ Only registered guests are allowed. Occupancy must not exceed the stated limit.

★ We do not charge for minor accidental damage (e.g. a broken glass or plate), but kindly notify us if anything breaks or spills so we can replace it for future guests.

★ The home will be cleaned after check-out, no daily housekeeping is provided during the stay.
