The house features a beautiful, large screened in porch with full living and dining room with privates views of large, open field. The kitchen is newly renovated and updated. The house has a large grill and Adirondack chairs throughout the property. There are many walking and biking trails that connect to the property. Located minutes from East Beach and Wasque, which are far less crowded than Edgartown beaches. 5 minute car from Chappaquiddick ferry, making it very easy to walk over into Edgartown for dinner, drinks, music without the hassle of parking in Edgartown.

Our names are Abbie and Justin and we are excited to host you! We live on Chappaquiddick year round. Justin is a nurse at the local hospital and Abbie runs a fly fishing guide service and shop in Edgartown. We love Chappaquiddick because of its privacy, trails and super easy accessibility into Edgartown without the hassle of parking in town! We also love that the beaches on Chappy are far less crowded, making this island our little oasis.

This property is incredibly well maintained with a new kitchen, freshly painted interior and beautiful screened in porch. The porch overlooks a large field. It is such a peaceful property. The stargazing is also unbelievable! We are located just minutes from beaches and from Edgartown.

Our property is unique because it is so peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet only minutes to the hub of Edgartown. Edgartown offers great music, food, drinks and shopping. Chappy offers serene beaches, a secluded home with beautiful views. It is the best of both worlds.
