Profesionalmente diseñado y decorado nueva casa de 3 dormitorios en Edgartown.

Bellamente nombrado por el tiempo de calidad en familia en el viñedo de Martha. Esta propiedad cuenta con una hermosa cocina personalizada con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimera de granito. La luminosa cocina se abre a una zona de comedor, con capacidad para 8, y de adelante hacia atrás salón fireplaced. También fuera de la cocina es un amplio y luminoso, dimitir de cuatro estaciones terraza acristalada. Sliders fuera de la cocina se abren a una terraza generosa con parrilla de gas y asientos al aire libre para seis.

El de adelante hacia atrás salón está equipado con una nueva marca de 60 '' HDTV inteligente, montada sobre una chimenea de gas. El salón es perfecto para las noches de juego familiar.

Esta casa tiene 3 habitaciones, todas ubicadas en el segundo piso. Cada habitación tiene su propio cuarto de baño completo. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, walk-in closet y hermoso baño principal con encimera de mármol.

El segundo dormitorio está amueblado con una cama queen size, walk-in closet y baño en suite.

El tercer dormitorio está amueblado con una serie completa y doble cama litera. Baño de este dormitorio tiene una bañera para los más pequeños.

La planta baja cuenta con otra sala de estar para los niños y adultos con un sofá seccional y 55 '' HDTV. Hay otro medio baño en este piso que sale a la caoba cerrado ducha al aire libre. La sala de lavandería con lavadora de carga frontal y secadora está fuera del medio baño.

Wonderful stay!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay. The property is clean, beautifully decorated, and even more spacious than expected. The location is also perfect - equidistant between OB and Edgartown. Best of all, the owner Kim is a joy!

Perfect Martha's Vineyard getaway

Large, beautiful, very clean, well decorated, outstanding host, superb location, quite neighborhood, incredible backyard, huge kitchen, gorgeous sun room... Those are just a few of the wonderful things about this place. We want to come back again and again.

Beautiful and peaceful!

We had another wonderful vacation in this fabulous home. The owner is incredibly responsive and truly cares about vacationers! The house is newer -- so everything is updated, clean and comfortable. It feels like a home away from home and we cannot wait to return!

Beautiful, well appointed home

The photos of this home do not do it justice. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, well thought out kitchen, comfortable living spaces, restful bedrooms. Kim is delightful to work with and made our stay hassle free. Cannot recommend enough.

Beautiful property with bad owner

I will admit that the property is beautiful and in a quiet area. Checking in wasn't seamless because she didn't attach the instructions to the email and called several times with no answer. We waited about 30 mins before we were able to get in contact with her and get access to the property. The property was not that clean as the freezer was extremely dirty from the previous renter, the master bed had an absurd amount of dog hair on it and the shower had stains in it. The fire alarm is EXTREMELY SENSITIVE! I am not exaggerating on the sensitivity...we blew out a candle and the residual smoke from the candle set the alarm off. I was cooking in the kitchen and it got smokey from overcooking something on the stove. No fire, just smoke from the cooking. The alarm went off and WOULD NOT cut off. I turned on the stove vent, opened multiple windows and turned the food off. The alarm rung for about 10-15 mins. In that time the owner was calling and couldn't get in touch with me because I was running around the house trying to stop the alarm. She decided to send the fire dept and her house manager to make sure everything was ok. They saw everything was ok and left. I finally spoke with her and assured her everything was good. She said "Ok, no problem. Enjoy the rest of your stay". I thought we were good....when I returned home I received an email from VRBO that the owner applied additional damages fee of $300 for sending out the house manager and breaking the dryer by overstuffing it with bed sheets. The owner never reached out to me and mentioned that the dryer was broken, or to confirm if I even put the sheets in the dryer. As per her instructions we washed and dried the towels and did put 1 set of sheets in the washer machine and left the house at 10am. When we left the home the dryer was working. I was extremely furious that she attempted to charge us for damages we did not do and she gave absolutely no indication that she was going to charge me for sending the house manager. While I don't feel she handled the smoke alarm incident fairly I did agree to pay that fee. I refuse to pay for a damaged dryer that was working when we left - for items I DID NOT put in the dryer - and put a dispute into VRBO. VRBO stated that she is supposed to contact me and submit proof before applying the charge. She did not! Overall I enjoyed my stay but very disappointed in how she handled the check out. I literally spoke to her 2x during the stay and thought we were good

Perfect vacation rental!

Our family has rented this home for a few years and it does not disappoint. The home is impeccable - clean, modern, beautifully furnished and has central air (which we definitely needed this summer, as it was hotter and more humid than normal!). The owners have thought of everything you need and they are extremely responsive and very easy to work with if any minor problems arise. The location is perfect - quiet, peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, but on the bike path to three towns and a quick drive from town as well. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a rental...and the hammock is perfect for reading and taking naps. You really cannot go wrong with this rental!

Beautiful Home

We just returned from a lovely week in Martha's Vineyard. I cannot say enough about this beautiful home. The pictures do not do the home justice. The house is situated on a very private road yet is only a 5minute drive to the center of Edgartown. The house itself is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you might need. The kitchen is very well equipped , Kim was lovely to deal with and very responsive to any questions I had. I look forward to staying here again with family and cannot wait to return.

We really enjoyed our four nights here. We loved the location because it was remote but near downtown Edgartown and Oaks Bluff making our day trips so easy.

Wonderful getaway

Gorgeous Home Away From Home

Our family of four (my husband and our 24 and 21 year old daughters) rolled into the driveway and were silent. This vacation home was pristine, decorated beautifully and all rooms and amenities situated in such a way that it made it all so very enjoyable. We have been to MV many times but never stayed in such a welcoming wonderful home! The firepit was so much fun to sit around and look at the stars and talk, the kitchen is a dream as are all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Can't say enough about how special this place is. The owners have really taken the time to anticipate every need and in such a wonderful way. We will be coming back next summer!

Your vacation starts at the front door!

From the moment we entered the house, I felt the stress just melt away. This home is absolutely stunning....and it is a home - it was our home for the week! The owners clearly enjoy making others feel comfortable, relaxed, and special. I traveled with my family (6 of us - Mom/Dad, 2 teen boys, and 2 preteen girls) and we all had a place to get away on our own if we needed - although we spent most time together in the beauiful kitchen hanging out, laughing, enjoying each other's company. Besides being very comfortable, I think my favorite feature is how functional the house is. It's very easy to come in off the beach and shower, do laundry right off the back. We entertained friends that came to MV for the day/night and it was so enjoyable hosting in this home. Whether it was cooking breakfast and dinner for my own family or preparing a meal for friends - the kitchen has all the amenities you will need to pull off a gourmet meal. We thought we would eat out more and were pleasantly surprised at the end of the week that we hadn't. The drive to South Beach and downtown Edgartown were beautiful, scenic rides and this home seems to be perfectly situated. Wherever we went was very accessible. We spent more time at the house than we had thought we would, but are ready to book this home for next year and hope to walk the Aquinnah cliffs at that time. Some enjoyable activities we did outside of the home included: South Beach - we caught this beach at its best with 'just the right size' waves; walking downtown Edgartown and Oaks Bluffs; standing in line at 9:30pm for a delicious donut at Back Door Donuts (sounds crazy, but they are THAT good!); and my favorite - overcoming fears and jumping Jaws bridge, (just make sure it's high tide). I highly recommend this home for you and your family if you are looking for a home away from home. I'm certain you will enjoy it! I know we did and can't wait to get back to our MV getaway!
