We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for my family. Each room has it's own bathroom. We did use the coffee table as a dining table since there is just a high top table and stools in the kitchen. This was the only drawback. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of tools/dishes etc. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Street parking was never an issue for us and we had a large van to park.
Great stay. The property had everything a family of six needed. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was key for a family with adults and teens. Kitchen is fully stocked. The home is centrally located to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Street parking available in front of the property. Only a few miles to most everything. We would chose to stay here again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The location is great, very clean, and comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family staying in New Orleans.
If you want to see more of New Orleans than just the French Quarter (while also getting some sleep), then this location offers a great opportunity to do so. Nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in Mid-City, visitors can easily and efficiently take the streetcar (or rideshare) to City Park or the French Quarter, or walk to any number of excellent restaurants all within a mile of the property or bike Lafitte Greenway to take in an entirely different perspective of the city. The home itself is clean and warm, boasting all the amenities you will need. There are grocery stores nearby. The queen bunk beds are whimsical, but more importantly, comfortable. And the 3 bathrooms are a nice touch. People might be afraid that they're missing out being slightly outside of the tourist area, but I think Mid-City offers a more authentic and deeper New Orleans experience, providing visitors with the opportunity to see how kind and welcoming the locals are across the crescent. Great for (multiple) families. Would stay again!
Property was clean, comfortable and walkable to the trolley and several neighborhood bars/restaurants. Rochelle was very quick to respond. Would definitely book this place again!
Perfect location for a long weekend! Just one block from Canal a quick drive to the quarter and garden district. The house was very clean, newly renovated and the perfect size for a family of five. The best part was no cleanup at checkout! I highly recommend if you're coming to NOLA and dont want to be in the thick of the party scene.
The property suited us very well. We would have liked a coffee plunger (French press) to be provided. Other than that, all good.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We do provide a Keurig machine with starter, coffee and sugars. I'm sorry we did not have a fresh press for you, and I wish that would have not taken a star away from my property. We would love to have you and your family back anytime to any of our properties.
Nancy offered an extremely comfortable home away from home, providing basic necessities in a very clean, beautiful, and updated home. We were close enough to downtown to walk or take the streetcar and far enough away to be able to get away from the action of downtown. 10/10 would recommend.
We had a wonderful stay! Property was super clean (even the backyard furniture!) and well decorated. Location was close to everything we wanted to do yet far enough away from the crowds to be quiet. We felt very safe walking to dinner at night. Check-in was super easy and we were thankful for the water after a long car ride! I also loved not having a long checkout list - thank you for making departure quick and easy! Overall highly recommend. Thank you!
We traveled with 2 couples and had a great time. The home was very modern, welcoming and clean and provided everything you could need. Parking was easy, there were great restaurants within walking distance (Neyow’s was fantastic), the streetcar was very convenient to get to Bourbon street or the French Quarter. We would stay again anytime. The people of New Orleans are very friendly. The city is filled with very talented musicians, food was amazing. Hope to be back soon.
Everything was great. From booking process to checkout. Rochelle was prompt to respond to all of my questions and requests. Property was very clean, looked exactly like the photos spacious. We had a 1 year old and 6 year old and the space was perfect. Close to everything we had planned. Will definitely use the house again on our next NOLA getaway. !!!
I really enjoyed staying at this property. This house is what you think of when visiting New Orleans…. A row house with high ceilings and ALL modern amenities! It was clean and all the furnishings were VERY nice. The beds were super comfortable as well as the couches. The kitchen was well stocked for any situation including an ice machine There was plenty of street parking and an outdoor area to enjoy. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. I had a memorable experience attending Essence 2023 and part of that was staying at this property. I will definitely be back!!
We stayed here for a girls weekend. Although the kitchen is tiny, the full size fridge with ice maker made a big difference.
The house could technically sleep 12 with two rooms that had double sized bunk beds, a room with a double/queen bed, and a couch that made into a bed.
Having three bathrooms was excellent.
The home was located a block from Canal Street along the street car system. Easy to get around on public transportation.
It was a good spot for our weekend of fun exploring New Orleans.
I stayed at this property with family members during the NCAA tournament in April and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The photos on the website are very accurate in showing how cute and tastefully decorated it is. My base requirements of comfortable bed, Well-working AC, ceiling fans and functional kitchen were met and exceeded! Questions of the property manager/owner were answered promptly. The location is convenient to a streetcar stop for ease of economically getting around, Uber is easy, and it’s within walking distance of several great restaurants. Staying here helped make for an outstanding visit to New Orleans!
Very attractive, bright, well stocked, convenient place to stay. Decor was superb, had everything we needed. Parking no probs. Location was perfect for everywhere needed to go.
Would recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Only issue was initial regulation of thermostat. Woke up first morning 66. Was quickly resolved but snarky responses as to how we’d selected that temp & it was so easy to use & figure out.

Hello Richard, thank you so much for your wonderful review after saying there was a snarky comment. I had to go back to see it for myself because I am a super helpful host so I wanted to put the response that I sent you when you woke up in the house was cold.
I just checked it somehow it was set to circulate. I just said it to auto you should be good to go shortly. I will keep checking to make sure the home is heating up.
And that’s exactly what I did watched the thermostat on my phone for 3 hours constantly checking with you.
Sorry if you felt this response was snarky. I was super helpful in changing the settings on my end never said anything about it being super easy.
There was nothing about this property that did not go well. The host was responsive to a few questions that I had prior to our arrival, and everything was as it should have been when we walked through the door. The property is close enough to Canal Street to make it easy to jump on the trolley, but far enough away from the chaos of Bourbon Street (etc) to ensure a relaxing evening. We will use this property again when we return.
