Siéntase como en casa en nuestra casa muy bien equipada, rodeado de bosques de conservación, donde desea descansar y relajarse después de un día de actividades. Nuestra casa cuenta con una orientación sur piscina climatizada seleccionados, con valla de seguridad para niños. Una terraza cubierta con ventilador de techo con vistas a la zona de la piscina y la cubierta. Necesitas un descanso de la piscina, diríjase a nuestra sala de juegos con una mesa de hockey de aire, mesa de futbolín y dardos electrónicos. En el interior, la casa está decorada profesionalmente y tiene aire acondicionado central. Una silla alta y corral garantizar la casa es segura y amigable para los niños.

De los 4 dormitorios, 2 son master suites con baños privados. Suite de 1 tiene un walk-in closet. Hay una cocina y cuarto de lavado muy bien equipada con una lavadora y secadora. El comedor y la gran sala cuenta con techos abovedados que da nuestro hogar un ambiente luminoso y ventilado. La gran sala está equipada con un televisor LCD de 42 pulgadas, equipo de música, DVD, sistema de videojuegos y más ...

De los 4 dormitorios, 2 son master suites con baños privados. Suite de 1 tiene un walk-in closet. Hay una cocina y cuarto de lavado muy bien equipada con una lavadora y secadora. El comedor y la gran sala grande con techos abovedados que da nuestro hogar un ambiente luminoso y ventilado. La gran sala está equipada con un televisor LCD de 42 pulgadas, equipo de música, DVD, sistema de videojuegos e Internet inalámbrico. Cada una de las 4 habitaciones tiene TV por cable y reproductor de DVD. También hay un piso montado lo suficientemente seguro grande para un ordenador portátil.

Nuestra casa se encuentra a 3 minutos de la salida 28 de la I4 en la salida de la puerta de Campeones. Las tiendas más cercanas incluyen un supermercado, farmacia, cafetería, comida rápida y gasolinera. Champions Gate Golf Club está a pocos minutos de distancia se jactan tres campos de campeonato. Perfect Stay

Our 5 day mini vacation was perfect! My family and enjoyed our stay. House was clean and the location was so pretty. We enjoyed the pool and close proximity to Disney and other attractions. Owner and management were very attentive and professional. We will definitely like to come back!

Great place! Plenty of space!

Very clean home in quiet location-short walk to see the little neighborhood gator in the pond (my kids loved this). Good kitchen supplies (but you'll need your own salt&pepper/spices). Pool towels provided-bring your own float toys and specify the date you want pool heat (cold pool when we checked in, but warmed up the next day).

Great place to relax after a long day!

This was a great home to stay in while on vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kids enjoyed the pool. It was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home was very close to Disney World, which made driving back and forth very easy.

Relaxing place to stay

Great house, lots of space available for a family/extended family. House was clean, very spacious and a pretty central location. Close to shopping, about 15mins from Disney, nice quiet neighborhood. Heated pool is an added plus. Quick responses from the owner whenever we contacted him. Enjoyed our time here!

Overall it was great, spacious for what we needed and close to our family we were visiting. The only complaint I have was no soap anywhere in the house. But other than that it was nice and peaceful. Will stay again

Place was very nice and spacious

We loved this place and would stay again. Floors were dusty but we kept shoes on. Pool was right outside the master bedroom and we were unable to pull the blinds down but we manged. Traffic to Universal and Outlets were horrible but that's not the Owners fault, just pack patience. Overall really good stay. Would stay again

Perfect Little Getaway

Visiting Family

I went down to Florida with my husband, sister, and her grandson to visit my daughter, my grandchildren, and my other sister. The house is a beautiful well put together property. Beautiful property!

I brought my daughter & her family to Florida for the Disney thing and we stayed at Dave's beautiful home. It was very spacious and well laid out. We had everything we needed and the property manager was prompt in responding to the one issue that we had (which was very minor). Would definitely return here! Convenient to the parks, shopping, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

My family and I live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We have always loved to travel, especially to the warmer climates. Over the last several years, we have taken our vacations to Florida. We decided to buy a house in Florida 'Our little paradise' and share it with other people that love to travel to the sun and excitement of Orlando, Florida.

Sandy Ridge is a newly built community that is 15 minutes from the major attractions. Sandy Ridge is a quiet, safe neighborhood, surrounded by conservation woodland, where you will enjoy spending time with friends and family. It feels like a country retreat because of the undeveloped area. There is a farmer’s field, fenced of course, where horses will wander around and peak over the fence to see what you are up to. It is just far enough away to get away from the excitement, after a busy day. There is also a children’s jungle gym within walking distance.

The house is a bungalow, so there are no stairs to climb.
