Welcome to Caledonia Lodge, our exceptional home in Cypress Pointe which has it all. Style, luxury, lots of space - and in a fantastic location. Cypress Pointe is a quiet, exclusive gated community located only 5 minutes from I-4, which makes it an ideal base for enjoying all that Central Florida has to offer.

The architectural styling of Caledonia Lodge emphasizes features such as spacious bedrooms, a large lounge area, fully fitted kitchen, as well as a screened-in upgraded pool with spa. In addition, this home has a Games Room within the home - not retrofitted in the garage - designed for hours of enjoyment for you and your guests. As you drive up to your vacation home with its elegant exterior and conservation lot, you'll know you're in for something special.

Whether its relaxation or adventure you want, you will be in the perfect setting for a dream holiday. Had a great stay kitchen was equiped with wat was needed n house was in great condition overall i was very pleasesd n it was easy to talk to the hosts pool was a hit definitely recommend

The house was beautiful and at first look appeared to be clean. We eventually found that there were hidden guest there too. My son's room had bedbugs and upon further inspection two room definitely had them. We had a great time until that was discovered. Didn't really want to talk about it but I believe it is important for guess to know you definitely have to inspect before you settle in. The fact that one of my family members had to suffer ruins the trip for all. House is definitely beautiful though.

Incredibly sorry that you experienced this, Carl thought I’d take issue that the presence of bed bugs means the house is not clean, given they can lie dormant for a long time before becoming visible. Usually they are brought in on guests’ luggage and are very hard to prevent or detect before they become active. Our home is cleaned thoroughly after every guest leases but is now also undergoing extensive treatment to get rid of the bed bugs. I’m glad you found the house to your satisfaction and would like to host you again in the future when I’ll happily discount your stay.

I Booked this place for a mini staycation best money can buy. Home is big and beautiful with all the amenities a grown couple can enjoy. Davenport doesn't owe me anything the jacuzzi after a massage was everything.!!!!

The house was so beautiful I like the fact that we were close to Everything stores amusement park restaurant airport..I had one problem that was with the wifi but the house manager Karen was amazing I called her she came right over I definitely give this house 10/10

Excellent Stay

House was as described. Kitchen well furnished. Pool/sand toys. Property manager responsive and friendly. Host replied quickly to any questions. Would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Property manager and owner were both easy to contact and informative. We came with a family of 7 and the kids all had a great time in the pool, everything was ready for our stay. Check in and out process was super easy and our questions were answered in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend we will for sure be booking here again when we travel back to Florida!

Beautiful home & perfect location for families visiting Disney. My family had a party of 6 & was there for a Disney vacation. Disney only 12 miles/30 minutes give or take. Nice quiet gated community. A few things that I found that could be updated or repaired: 1) Talked to the repair guy for the pool heater, he explain to me that the heater needed replaced. I paid 140 for the use of the heater for the spa & pool for our stay was 2/9-2/14/26. 2) The light in the spa does not work, leaving one side of the pool very dark at night, possibly causing a trip hazard from stepping from pool level to spa level. 3) Ice maker does make ice, but will not dispense ice.4) Barstools need attention, seats are very loose.

We were advised of the need to replace the pool heater at the same time as you and it’s going to happen next week after our current guest leaves. My understanding is it’s still working as it should but it’s leaking water. If it didn’t work as it should, I wish you’d said when you were there but I know it’s fine this week. We’ve had issues with the spa light since we were there last May - various attempts at different repairs have not fixed it but we’ll keep trying. The fridge will usually dispense ice as long as it’s not too full, but I’ll have it checked. Likewise the bar stools - I confess I’ve never sat on them so I’ll get them checked also. Thanks again for staying with us - hopefully you might do so again in the future.

Comfortable Stay

We had a good time at the property. It was well equipped and check in and check out were very easy. We had a lot of fun in the pool and it was a very nice gated neighborhood. The only thing I’ll mention is that you do pay extra for pool heat, which we did. Even with that the pools was only mildly warm. So, just consider that before choosing pool heat. The property managers were very accommodating and responsive.

I'm sorry you felt that the pool wasn't as warm as you expected - as you maybe know, the pool is typically heated to between 85 & 90F, but it can seem cooler if the air temperature is much warmer. However, if you felt it wasn't doing what you'd hoped, I wish you'd either contacted Karen, our property manager, or me directly during your stay, and we could have had it checked while you were there. Anyway, I'm glad it didn't spoil your stay too much and we'd be delighted to host you again in future.

House was very nice, but a/c horrible it was almost the whole time 80 degrees it was impossible to sleep in that temperature, WiFi was very bad no signal at all, I found trash upstairs from the previous guest.

Hi, Marangeli Thank you for taking the time to review our home - I'm incredibly disappointed to read that you did not enjoy your time with us. On the AC, after our property manager advised that you found the property too hot, I adjusted the AC and tracked it every day on my App and the temperature was never showing as about 75F and usually lower, so I wish you had said something further if you felt it was too hot. I think rather than WiFi you likely mean cell reception - I agree, it is not great, though regrettably that's not something that's in my control. WiFi works perfectly. And finally, I will pass on your comment regarding trash to our property manager - I can only apologize for that. Sorry our home disappointed you. Kind regards Rod

Home away from home

My family had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious, clean, and well-maintained everything was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out, which made our vacation so much more enjoyable. The layout of the house was perfect for our needs and made it feel like a home away from home.One of the biggest highlights for us was the private pool—our kids absolutely loved it! They would have been perfectly happy spending the entire vacation swimming and playing in the water. In fact, it was a bit of a struggle convincing them to leave the house to visit the attractions!Speaking of location, it was ideal. We were just a short drive from so many popular attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.The property manager was fantastic. Extremely responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question or a minor concern, she was quick to respond and the owner made sure everything was taken care of right away. That level of service really made a difference and added to our overall positive experience.We would absolutely stay at this property again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and fun place to stay. It truly felt like a home away from home for my family.

It's a great location for access to Disney Parks and local shopping and there are plenty of golf courses within half an hour if that's your thing. Even Universal is only 35-40 minutes away.

The community is small (69 homes) so it's quiet and not too much traffic.
