Very happy with our stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and at a convenient location. The host answered all of our questions promptly. When we made her aware of some very minor maintenance issues during our stay, she immediately sent someone to resolve it within 30 mins and ensured we had a smooth, relaxing stay.

Flawless

An absolutely flawless stay! Kate’s communication and digital guidebook were lifesavers. The house was immaculately clean and perfectly stocked. We loved taking the included golf cart down to the beach and unwinding in the gorgeous resort pool. The in-home elevator is a fantastic luxury. 5 stars!

Close to beaches

Our family of 12 has a wonderful time at Kate's place. Close proximity to several large public beaches is a huge plus. Golf cart made the trips to and from the beach easy, especially for our little kids and grandparents. The neighborhood pool matches the level of a 5-star resort. Kate was very resourceful. I would book again if we come back to the area.

Huge community pool

We really enjoyed our stay! The host quickly responded to our requests and provided a house guide days before our trip that helped us plan the perfect beach trip for our family of 12. The property is also close to the beach and a huge community pool.

Awesome place

My family always says I’m hard to please, but this place easily nailed my "4Cs"—clean, cute, comfortable, and convenient! The elevator was a total lifesaver for my elderly parents getting between floors, and having the golf cart made trips to the beach, shops, and restaurants so easy. As for the pool? I literally had to drag the kids out of the water every single time we had to leave! The host made our entire stay easy, from stocking tons of amenities to sharing awesome local tips and detailed beach instructions. Thanks for sharing your home and being such a fantastic host!

Great

This house was GREAT!! We had 10 adults and there was plenty of room for the group to gather and plenty of 'closed door' space to be alone. The elevator is a Huge bonus. We mostly used it to get luggage up and down, but it allows older or 'less spry' folks to be on the upper floors with ease. It was well supplied with towels, both house and beach, laundry, dish, and person soaps, beach chairs and umbrellas. The golf cart was invaluable. We only had to take 1 car to beach ( it had more chairs and coolers than people most times) the community pool is walkable (5-6 minutes in beautiful neighborhood) and very big. It was just like the photos. Kate, our host, was quick to respond to any question we had ( no matter how dumb) and was great overall. We had all the info we needed before we got there, so it was like walking into your own house. We highly recommend this house and host!

Great home

We had a group of 12 of all ages. The elevator was very helpful for my aging parents and handicap nephew. House was always cool with 4 AC units. Was happily surprised to have some beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards available. Very helpful and responsive owner too!

Zero stress vacation

What a stellar spot! After the whole days the beach, we spent our evenings grilling out on the patio and winding down with drinks on the private balconies. The hidden bedroom setup inside the bunk room was such a fun surprise for the kids, and having beach towels and chairs provided saved us a ton of packing hassle. The property managers made the whole process seamless. If you want zero stress, this is it!

Super clean and easy

This place was the ultimate setup for our huge crew! The layout gave everyone plenty of breathing room. The absolute highlight was the game room downstairs. Having a real arcade game, foosball, and a popcorn machine felt like having our own private hangout spot. Plus, cruising down to the 30A beaches in the golf cart was an absolute blast. The pool with the rock waterfalls is gorgeous, and having the elevator for heavy luggage was a total lifesaver. Everything was super clean and easy—10/10!

Exactly as described

The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained, and the space was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The host was very responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed from check-in to check-out. The location was great—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. My family and I truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent stay

Honest truth? I was a little skeptical of all the perfect 5-star reviews, but after staying here, I totally get it. The host is so caring and genuinely on top of everything. Right after booking, she sent over a guidebook that was hands-down a lifesaver—it saved us so much time and money planning our big annual family trip. Any time I had a question, she replied in minutes (sometimes seconds!). We knew exactly what to expect before getting there, and the house was gorgeous, super clean, and had every little detail thought out. When we had no choice but to bring an extra car last minute, she immediately helped us figure out neighborhood parking. She just made the whole experience completely effortless. Honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Absolutely wonderful

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The home was beautiful and spacious, comfortably accommodating our entire group. We loved the property and especially appreciated the easy access to the beach. Even with a few cooler-than-expected Spring Break days, the home provided the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and keep everyone entertained until we could enjoy the Florida sunshine. Thank you for such a fantastic experience—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Nice stay

Our vacation was wonderful. The house is beautiful and close to the beach. The host made sure we had everything we needed. We were able to rent bikes at a discount from a local bike rental shop just because we are her guests. Some of us biked in the multi-use lane on Hwy 393 straight to the beach while some took the golf cart, which was very convenient. Our kids loved the community pool. Never seen such humongous and luxurious pool for a community before. It was the highlight of our stay.

Great value

This home is a great-value find for us. It is beautiful, well-kept, and located in a lovely high-end neighborhood, while not costing an arm and a leg to rent. It is very spacious for our large family of 18 to spread out. We had endless fun and made good memories in the game room. The pool is huge and only a short nice walk from the house. The nearest beach access has a good size for public beach area and is just 2 min away. The complimentary golf cart made it super convenient to get there. Kate is extremely quick in responding to all of our questions and provided exceptional customer services.

We had the best time!

My group of 8 had the best time. We had one rental car plus the golf cart which was the hidden bonus of staying here. We hung out in the living room most evenings and had a wonderful time. Everything was accurately described and we even went in the pool in mid Feb! This was a perfect rental, no issues whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone.
