This stunning home offers six spacious primary bedrooms and over 4,600 square feet of luxurious living space, complemented by 1,800 square feet of covered and open decks. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views to the south and a tranquil atmosphere overlooking the marsh, creek, and the expansive Pamlico Sound.

Convenience is key at Casa Caribe, with protected under-house parking and a lockable guest closet for your beach gear. You'll find everything you need for a perfect beach day, including beach chairs, a cart, and inflatable pool toys. The easy beach access via a boardwalk ensures that you can spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the surf. After a day at the beach, unwind in the large pool area, complete with a Weber gas grill, dining tables, and comfortable seating for cookouts and relaxation.

Inside, the first level is a haven for entertainment, featuring a game room with a pool table, a 60-inch HDTV, and a kitchenette for snacks and drinks. Nice house, poor customer care

Lovely rental home, great location, just what we needed except air conditioning!!! There was NO a/c on the (very large with cathedral ceiling) main floor. Too hot to cook in the commercial kitchen, sleep in the master bedroom, bathe in the master bathroom, or gather in the spacious den with our 12 family members. Vaca da and the home owners were notified immediately and did not resolve the situation while we were there for a week or by the time we left for the next group. So far, no compensation either. The a/c people said it “had been an issue for a while”. 10,000 rental. Totally unacceptable!

This house is amazing. This was our second year in a row staying there. I would love to continue renting this home each year however I will never work or deal with Vacasa again. I asked to speak to a manager about maintenance issues at the house prior to our arrival and she was snotty and rude. Very poor customer service. I hope the owners of this home change to a different company because I would love to return to this home next year.

Perfect for a crowd

This home is absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness that went into the layout and placement of everything was perfect for our large family. Each adult couple had their own master and the kids loved having their own bunk room. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any vacation home we have ever rented. Every item you might need for a meal was there, even down to a cocktail drink set. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The decks were perfect for our littlest travelers to get outside, and moms not have to worry about steps. The third row view of the ocean and sound made for beautiful photos, especially when a storm rolled through. This home also has the accessible features including two master suites, one on the 4th floor and one on the third which was especially nice for our traveler with a walker as she got to choose which floor she wanted to sleep on, something we don't typically have an option for. The fish cleaning station was perfect for the fishers in our group and allowed for a space to clean their reels and Rods prior to leaving. The only downfall to our trip was the hot tub was not functioning due to a broken part. This home is absolutely on our list of "rent agains" simply because it exceeded all expectations in more ways than one. The owners of this home really did make it a "home away from home" for their guests.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house. It had all of the things we would look for in a rental house. We are planning on coming back and are actively looking at more of your properties. Looking for accommodations for 10-14 people. My mother has had several knee surgeries and the last house we rented (not from you all) did not have handicap access or an elevator and had 33 steps to get to the first floor and it was tough on her. This last rental was 100% accessible and had the master suite on the first floor which will make the next visit that much nicer. Very positive. Even though this was an older house it was very well-maintained. It was really quite clean for a beach house. And even though some of the appliances were older they were in very good and clean condition. You can tell clean means a lot to me. It was so nicely set up. The knickknacks the pictures the furniture, the set up of each room was just lovely. For the most part the deck furniture was very very nice. And the view could not have been better.
