The idea behind this villa, which was designed by a local architect and the owner, was to offer up to 4 adult couples or a family a lot of space and freedom with all kinds of leisure activities. The South West Florida style should meet with European elegance. It was built in solid construction with a tiled roof and complies with the latest building standards and the latest thermal insulation regulations.

Upon arrival, the Villa Coral Bay welcomes you with its excellently maintained subtropical garden and a spacious driveway to the three garages, which you can of course use to accommodate your cars.

After you have opened the front door and walked through the foyer, the open living / dining area welcomes you with its almost 130m² of living space. The up to 4.50 m extra high, indirectly illuminated ceilings with their interesting stucco and color designs underline the spaciousness of Villa Coral Bay. Two almost 8 m wide and 3 m high sliding glass doors provide a direct view of the oversized pool deck and the canal crossing.

The design of the villa impresses with the balance between modern South West Florida architecture and elegant European design in warm natural and earth tones. The villa offers you a living space of approx. 440 sqm, of which 360 sqm are selectively air-conditioned with two A / C units.

Due to the wide plot with its over 43 m long waterline, the pool deck with 240 sqm size, of which 85 sqm is covered, is more spacious than most villas in Cape Coral. From the dining room with its dining table designed for up to 8 people, you have a beautiful view of the canal crossing through an oversized window with fixed glazing.

The actual living area offers you a generous upholstered landscape made of light leather from which you can enjoy the pictures on the oversized Smart LED TV with Dolby Surround Sound optionally in German. Through the neighboring glass doors, you can also wander the clear view over the water and end the day with a glass of red wine. From the living / dining area, two gullwing doors open into the game room and into the adjacent owner / master suite.

The game room as the center of indoor entertainment with its dark hardwood floor surprises with a pool billiard table. When designing this room, great emphasis was placed on the American way of life and history. Here you can end the evening with a good glass and a game of billiards. The somewhat separate location of this room takes into account guests in need of rest who have withdrawn to sleep.

The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 30min beautiful boat route to the Caloosahatchee river which offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site.
