The Space:

Some of the community pools are heated; however, heating schedules may vary depending on weather conditions and are subject to the discretion of the community administration. We cannot guarantee that the pools will be heated during your stay and are not responsible if heating is not available.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the condo and are welcome to use all the clubhouse amenities. These include a complete workout room, community pool, pickleball court, game room, and fitness center.



There is a Costco nearby, as well as a super market "Soriana", this one is available 24 hrs a day.



The Neighborhood:

Vista Vela is a luxury gated community conveniently located just a 5-minute walk behind Costco. You're also less than a 10-minute drive from Walmart, the popular Medano Beach, downtown Cabo San Lucas, and the Marina. The development boasts five-star resort amenities that elevate your vacation experience. These include three large pools with breathtaking ocean views, a tennis court, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a fully-equipped entertainment area complete with a BBQ grill. It's the perfect setting for a dream vacation.



Getting Around:

Vista Vela offers great mobility, it's right on the San José del Cabo - Cabo San Lucas Highway Km. 4.5.

Vista Vela development and some condos are still under construction. While you might initially notice construction sounds, the building's thoughtful interior design ensures that these noises blend seamlessly into the background, allowing you to focus on what really matters: unwinding in paradise. If you're highly sensitive to noise or seek complete tranquility, this property might not be the best fit. However, if you're looking to enjoy stunning views, top-notch amenities, and a prime location, Vista Vela is an excellent choice.



We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property, If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

Please note, according to community rules and regulations, the maximum occupancy for this condo is 6 guests and cannot be exceeded at any time. Additional guests beyond the maximum are not permitted. Reservations that arrive with more guests than those booked and registered will be denied check-in. Daytime visitors are welcome, provided the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. A $250 USD fine will be applied for violations of this rule.



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines

We'll meet you upon arrival to show you around the house and answer any questions you may have. Throughout your stay, we'll be reachable for any concierge services, maintenance issues, or emergencies via phone (SMS or calls) and email.
