Modern kitchen with breakfast bar, master bedroom and bathroom with large cooper soaking tub, washer dryer, OLED TV. 5 minute drive to Lake Sunapee state park beach and Mount Sunapee trails. 9 minute drive to Sunapee town center and harbor.
