I would give the hosts, Rodney and Kim, 10 stars if I could. They communicated very well and answered any questions we had immediately. This was our family's first time vacationing in Hot Springs and this house was perfect for our family! If you are looking for a rental that is in a quiet area and does not have a lot of traffic, this is the perfect rental for that. The beach, pool, golf, and other amenities are close by if you prefer to stay within the Village. The drive to Hot Springs and other areas was an easy 30-40 minute drive. We will definitely be back and would without a doubt rent this house again!

This house was perfect in every way! We traveled with adults, teenagers and toddlers. There was something for everyone! The kayaks were great, fishing from the shore and hiking by desoto beach were our favorite things to do! At night we played games ( the owners have a ton there to choose from!) There were even toys for the toddlers to play with. Everyone having their own full bathrooms was definitely a plus!! The owners really thought of everything you need to have a great stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This is a beautiful home in a convenient location. It has a large patio with two seating areas where guests can take advantage of the scenic views of the lake. I especially liked drinking my coffee while listening to the birds and watching the little chipmunks. The large common area has comfortable seating for six adults and the dining table will seat 8. All the beds were comfortable and three separate bathrooms were a big plus. House was immaculate and well stocked with all the essentials. Owner is responsive to to messages and inquires. We will definitely look to book this house again.

The lake view was our favorite part of the house. The weather was warm enough for some to go kayaking. But even when it got colder the view was still amazing and the house was comfortable.
Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

The house was clean and right on the lake which was great for my boys to go fishing. However, there were no hairdryers to be found and 1 bathroom had no towels. Also I specifically asked the owner if there would be conditioner as well as shampoo and he assured we’d have both, but it was just conditioning shampoo which any woman would know is not the same.

Shana Thanks for your review. The hairdryer with prior guest was left in another bathroom and housekeeping thought it was to stay so it was under the sink in middle bath. Sorry I misread your inquiry about Shampoo and Conditioner from a female perspective. As far as towels I will certainly let housekeeping know as that is not how we prepare our home for guest. This home is beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. Easy walk to the water and close to the front gate. We can't wait to stay again. My kids said the wifi was top tier! Lol

We currently live just north of Dallas Texas and bought this home in December 2021. We enjoy our time with our new 2 grandchildren and wanted to have a home away from home that while growing up they could enjoy all the amenities of outdoor life that the area provides. We both have been a part of Hot Springs area visiting and vacationing all of our lives.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We set out to look for an investment property, but one that would give our family the relaxation we all deserve while away from work and home. This property fit all the criteria we were looking for in a home and absolutely love every minute we are able to find the time to visit and stay for any length. The relaxation you feel at this home is unmatched! The peaceful setting with beautiful landscaping, all topped off by the most amazing views of Lake Desoto throughout most of the home.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We had looked at many properties and made offers on a few before this property came on the market. I had my entire family vacationing in the area during Thanksgiving in 2021 and this house came on the market. After seeing the views from basically the majority of the home, with its deck going all the way across the back of the home, and the nice, clean pathway leading to the waters edge, I just knew, as did my entire family, we had found the place to call our second home.
