This little gem provided everything I needed. It delivered everything promised and then some. The Host responded to any questions and inquiries super quick. I didnt used the hot tub, but thought it was a nice setup. Very clean ! The Internet speed was crazy fast. The 3 TVs are set up so you can use your own streaming account which is disabled after your checkout time.The guest book and photo board was an extra special touch. THANK YOU!

Enjoyable Stay

My husband and I stayed here along with our dog. The size was just right for us and the location served as a perfect staging ground for day trips to Northern Georgia hikes, kayaking on the Broad River, and checking out Athens. The neighborhood was quiet and just a few minutes from groceries, restaurants, and Toccoa’s downtown area. The house was very cute. The deck and backyard were nice and peaceful though we spent most of our time adventuring.The beds initially felt very firm, but were a memory foam material so they provided support without being hard and uncomfortable. They weren’t hard or too soft. We slept very well in them.

Sweet little cottage

I love the coziness of this property, perfect size, has all the kitchen space and tools you need, and the outside is lovely! Great distance to Tallulah Gorge, many different falls, and nice places to eat in the town. Host was super friendly and very helpful!

Waterfall experience

We loved the property, very comfortable and clean. Lovely little deck we enjoyed and a hot tub that unfortunately didn’t use. Host had very good communication with us and was easy to contact. We would go back anytime and would highly recommend this cute cottage!

Two Weeks in Toccoa

The Emerald Cottage is the perfect two bedroom one bath vacation rental. With a well furbished kitchen and ammeneties like the hot tub, the owners have really done all they can to make this a comfortable and homey place to stay. We look forward to staying here again.

Sweet Emerald Cottage at the Edge of town

This cottage checked all the boxes. Clean cozy and close to town. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. Check in was great and the host checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again if in the area!

Quaint home with wooded back area.

Cute place with huge back woodsy area. It was close to town and clean overall. We did find a couple of large bugs inside, but it is the south. The only negative I could say is the hot tub water needed to be changed. The host communicated andchecked in. Cute fall ecor. checked in. It seemed to be well

Awesome little place.

Awesome little place. Very clean very homey and felt nice to stay there. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a nice meal and the washer and dryer were very efficient. Place has a nice grille and outside seating area, very well thought out and over all awesome stay.

Perfect for an escape!

Had visited Sautee last fall, wanted to see waterfalls in the spring this year, so planned on Toccoa. Emerald Cottage was a wonderful bnb - private, quiet, very clean with many new upgrades from a basic small home - good job!.

Quiet getaway in a beautifully historic town

We booked this place to celebrate Valentine's Day. We love the GA mountains but have never stayed that far east. We are both history buffs and love nature so Toccoa seemed like a great choice. We were right. We loved the town, the waterfalls and all the history. And we loved the Emerald Cottage. It was very clean and had a very comfy feel to it. It literally felt like we were staying at a friend's house or somewhere we had been many times. It has everything you could ask for including a microwave that doubles as an air fryer.... So cool. Grady is an amazing host. He checked on us to make sure all was well. Check in was super easy and it was very easy to find. For being in a neighborhood, it was extremely quiet and peaceful because the road is tucked away. The location is perfect. You could literally be anywhere within 20 minutes in a car. You could even walk downtown if you like. I would recommend the Emerald Cottage and we would definitely come back again!

Perfect Cottage

We were visiting Toccoa Falls because my son is getting married there in April. It rained every day but one, so we stayed in the house a lot. We played games that were available at the cottage and watched tv. I also found a word search book and did about six of those. It was nice to be able to relax. The host was awesome. He emailed a couple of times to make sure we had what we needed. Very nice!
