We have quiet, clean and polite neighbors and they expect the same from us. This place is NOT suitable for party animals, smokers or people just looking for a place to have FUN.

Great for parent and child, walked to CHOP

Excellent place to stay. Everything we needed. Super clean, light and bright. Quiet. A nice park for children a few blocks away on Powelton Ave. Kitchen is perfect for keeping a little routine and healthy meals, the shower has a sprayer perfect children, and small outdoor space for a little ball kicking. It was everything we needed and very nice for the price. Manager was super helpful and sweet. Everything was perfect!

Misleading

The photo shows row housing with address above red door. BUT where you're staying is behind there in alley. Neighbor had to tell us. Ad says washer and dryer. BUT they're outside and into the basement. Ad says it's spacious, BUT it's tiny. Tried to text when we got there to find out why we couldn't get in. Neighbor said we were supposed to stay in alley. Host notified us several hours later that sometimes they're slower to answer on Sat.
