Great location, easy in and out, and clean. It is in the Fan district so it is an old track style home, I think that adds a lot of charm. Where the charm stopped for us is in the quality of furniture, mattress and seating. Mattress was awful, couch is a college dorm couch with equally bad support and there are not any other comfortable seats in the home.

Home was nicely furnished and clean. Since it's in a warmer climate, but not when we were there, the floors were quite cold, so we had to have the heat up for most of our time there. Also, it's a great location to walk to shops nearby.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad you found the home clean, nicely furnished, and enjoyed the walkable location to nearby shops. We appreciate the feedback about the floors as well—cooler weather can definitely make them feel colder than expected, and we’re glad the heating kept you comfortable during your stay. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Great location in the Fan! Perfect for a little weekend getaway with your dog! Upstairs neighbors were quite loud when we were trying to sleep but overall, great spot in Richmond!
