Excellent location, clean, comfortable beds, great sun ups and sundowns, clean beach right out the door. The full kitchen helped save some eating out, as well as the grills being available. Highly recommend this property if you want the Cape Cod experience.

The only issue was entry code and that the balcony door did not lock. It was clean and offered many amenities. Love the location!

Clean and quiet

Had stayed here before years ago. Beds were sooo comfortable, little deck space perfect for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening and the property manager was extremely helpful when code just wouldn’t work at check-in. Enjoyed our calm before the storm “Lee” and we will be back again!

Perfect in so many ways

My bestie and i travel together a couple times a year and chose the Cape for this year's adventure. We chose this location because it was right on Cape Cod Bay, 15 mintes from Provincetown and central to many great beaches. The room was very clean with no sandy floors or musty smells. Shower sparkled, towels were clean, fluffy and absorbent and sheets were crisp and clean. Heat and A/C were needed (crazy weather) and both worked without issue. Just a lovely place that completely met our needs. I'd book again!

Cheap with the coffee

On my fourth morning of a five-night stay, I asked for more coffee pods since only 4 single-cup coffee pods were provided. I was refused over and over again and told that it would not be supplied. I had to drive to the store for takeout coffee. I intentionally did not bring my coffee maker since coffee was covered in the amenities. Luckily, a kind service worker offered extra pods once I returned with my takeout cup in hand. Too bad, the view from the balcony is wonderful and in spite of a stale odor in the room and dated furniture, the stay was pleasant even if the hospitality was lacking.

Please know that this is not the regular standard for our properties. We have implemented a Premium Clean program so we can continue to strive to provide our guests with fulfilling experiences. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience - while some homes may be stocked with pantry items like coffee and tea from previous guests, we do not supply any perishable items and cannot guarantee their presence. To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. We appreciate our guests' preferences as means to improve and we have forwarded your comments regarding home furnishings to our property management to consider in the future. Also, we will follow up with the appropriate parties regarding your experience to discuss preventive measures and ensure that the stale odor issue won't happen again in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we can host you again.

I wwas happy with the beautiful view; it was as advertised. The photos show one queenbed not the two full size beds in the room. Upon arrival, Jonah was ver attentive. The hook in the bathroom fell off the wall, and he provided and over thedoor rack. The Iron leaked water all over my pants and needs to be replaced. The a/c unit is very loud. The toilet rol dispenser is missing a part and kept cooming off the. The blankets had soil and stains and should be washed as they were rather gross. And finally proir to our arrival some substance had been spilled on the seat of one of the kitchen high chairs. Whrn wiped off, it took the paint with it. Most of these items are small in nature but I find it hard to believe the problems were not known We had a great timdespite the problems, and found other accommodations for next year and booked them. We will not beback here and wont recommend it.
