Take in amazing water views from your patio at this lovely coastal studio. Easily whip up beach snacks in the kitchenette, configured with everything you need for culinary concoctions including a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and coffee maker. This vacation rental even comes with two provided beach chairs.

Highlighted by a private Cape Cod Bay beach, Sandbars Inn presents 17 thoughtfully appointed vacation rentals on a gorgeous slice of waterfront. Admire stunning sunsets over the Provincetown skyline.

Kick back in a beach lounger while dinner sizzles on the grill, and dine alfresco sun-soaked or under the shade of an umbrella. Downtown Provincetown boasts a pleasing array of shopping and dining options, all located just a couple of miles west on 6A.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We just returned from 2 nights at Sandbars Inn but wish we could have stayed longer! We had 2 adults, 1 child, and a dog. The space was perfect for our group and the private beach was a huge plus. There were several markets and restaurants within a short distance from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to return again in the future!

Loved our time

Really enjoyed the location, the walk out access to the sand. We enjoyed the fire pits and the sound of the ocean. Great spot and the property manager was great and helpful!

Nice place

Property located close enough to Provincetown but far enough away out of the crowds. The beach was having a seaweed/debris kind of day the day we were there, so couldn’t go swimming there. Nights were fun at the fireside on the beach.

View and location is good. There were a few issues with this place. As others stated the combination to the door did not work. We were given 1 key for the week. Patio doors did not work. No condiments and it is musty but you are by the ocean. Beach is not cleaned so seaweed is all over the beach.

Additionally, while the ocean does bring in fresh seaweed daily, an area of the beach is raked for our guests. We also appreciate your input about the door combination and key situation. 2 Night Stay

The location of the Sandbars Inn was extremely convenient; just 10 minutes to down town Provincetown. The key-code pad lock was a really nice feature so we did not need to worry about losing or turning in keys. The room was a little smaller than expected, but clean and comfortable. I was impressed with amenities offered in the kitchen area (cookware, dish wear, silverware etc). The beds were comfortable, but the sheets/blankets were very thin so I would bring a few extra comfy blankets. I was disappointed there was a crack in the toilet seat which I think could have been a quick fix. The back of the room opened right onto a short deck and immediately into the sand. That area offered some great additional seating, gas fire pits, and a beautiful ocean view. We went into town a lot, but I would love to go back for longer and spend more time enjoying the private sand/deck area.

Cold showers, off site management

It's a stunning spot and the beach is lovely, but we paid and arm and a leg to take cold showers. Management is offsite, so it's not easy to ask for help. Maintenance came to check on our water when we first called, but when we continued to have cold water, no one came the second time we asked for help. One night we came back and the parking lot was full. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. The sliding door to the beach was hard to open and our screen fell off. All sorts of things that make it hard to appreciate the nice spot when there's no one there to address your needs.
