Kick back in a beach lounger while dinner sizzles on the grill, and dine alfresco sun-soaked or under the shade of an umbrella. Downtown Provincetown boasts a pleasing array of shopping and dining options, all located just a couple of miles west on 6A.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great vacation!!!

Our place was right on the beach. It was quiet and an easy walk to the shoreline. There were propane grills and fire pits with plenty of new chairs and tables for guests to use. Rob the caretaker was outstanding, kind and responded to anything we needed. We couldn't have had a more perfect place to stay on Cape Cod. We look forward to visiting every year.

The bay was visible from my room and the beach was a short walk down the boardwalk. There was nice outdoor seating including Adirondack chairs on the beach and bar seats with a table on the deck. I was on the first floor so I could access the beach from my sliding door. Amenities included strategically located poop bags and a poop disposal container. Studio was clean and modern with a cute kitchen area. Most other guests I met were friendly and polite people over 40. Quiet and close to Provincetown

Great Place with the sand at your toes

We are returning guests and again place was extremely clean and inviting. The have added propane fire pits- which we loved !! Everything was great and also we interacted with the Host Team at the site and they were wonderful. We have already booked another getaway here..

We LOVED this place!

We spent 4 nights here with our 2 daughters and our small dog. It was such a lovely and quiet spot. Kids and dog loved exploring the beach just outside. Room was clean and well stocked. Management staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice communal feel with the neighboring rooms. Conveniently located close to Ptown, Wellfleet and the Cape Cod shoreline beaches. Such a perfect little spot!

Nice little apartment complex directly on the beach... Comfortable beds, clean and convenient rooms with fridge, stove, microwave. The beach was perfect and the firepits and bbq grills were great... Located on the same road that only a few short miles down.. Turns into main street in downtown Provincetown.. A great stay. Highly recommend.

On arrival some issues were noticed worth mentioning... great location on the water tho no screen available for sliding glass door to enjoy the sounds & smells of this The toaster had a faulty coil which also was a hazard risk.... The Mr Coffee appeared to be a standard size in the photos tho was only a mini with no coffee or filters for minimally the first morning.....also there were no paper towels available again at least to cover the first nites stay till we could go for needed supplies. Bed was comfortable & clean and plenty of clean towels were provided. Perfect size area for our short getaway !

We are sorry to hear about the issues you encountered upon arrival, including the missing screen for the sliding glass door, the faulty toaster, the smaller coffee maker without coffee or filters, and the initial lack of paper towels. Please know that we take these matters seriously. A new toaster has already been purchased, and the old one was properly disposed of. We have also spoken with our housekeeping team to address the cleaning concerns, and we will continue to monitor to ensure these standards are maintained. Additionally, we are actively communicating with the homeowner regarding upgrades to improve the overall guest experience. On a positive note, we are glad you found the bed comfortable, the towels clean, and enjoyed the great location. wonderful stay

Property is a water front. Gorgeous views. Room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities needed. Only thing is in need of fixing is the screen door which was keep falling off. You need to bring your own hair dryer. Property is located close to PTown. We really enjoyed our stay and will def coming back. Property Manager Jonah is super sweet and accomodating.

Too Noisy

It was a great location and beach view. However, after quiet hours, it was terribly noisy well into the early morning (2-4 a.m.). Walls were super thin and it kept us up at night. We usually go to Destin (Miramar Beach) but thought we would give Cape Cod a try. Totally disappointed.

PERFECT EXCEPT ….

The place is absolutely beautiful and truly magical, and the rental has everything you could possibly need. That said, the maintenance man was very unpleasant. We only parked our car temporarily near our door to unload some groceries for a few minutes, and he came knocking aggressively, demanding that we move it immediately — even though the parking lot was almost empty. It would have been so much nicer if he had simply asked if everything was okay instead of approaching us in such an aggressive way. Such a shame, because everything else was perfect…

Wonderful experience

Clean rooms, no odors, beautiful grounds, comfortable beds. The rooms have kitchenettes and also pots and pans which was useful. I loved the fact that they supplied a dish sponge and dish soap along with extra trash bags. Overall, a 5 star experience. If I had to write one con, its that dogs were allowed off of their leashes and on 2 occasions I had to shue away a dog out from trying to enter our room; we were trying to pack the car to go home. I will still be back though.
