Nous avons choisi cet emplacement pour son équilibre parfait entre calme, nature et proximité avec Bordeaux. Située dans un environnement paisible, la villa permet de se ressourcer tout en restant à quelques minutes seulement des vignobles, des commerces, du centre historique de Bordeaux et des principaux sites touristiques de la région.

C’est l’endroit idéal pour profiter de vacances reposantes, découvrir le patrimoine bordelais, explorer les châteaux viticoles ou encore partir facilement vers le Bassin d’Arcachon, Saint-Émilion ou l’océan Atlantique.

Ce qui la rend unique, c’est avant tout son histoire. Pendant plusieurs années, mon mari Jimmy a consacré une grande partie de son temps à rénover cette demeure avec passion. Une grande partie des travaux a été réalisée de ses propres mains, avec le souci du détail et l’envie de créer un lieu chaleureux et authentique.

Avec ses grands espaces de vie, sa salle de cinéma privée, sa piscine, ses nombreuses chambres et son environnement paisible à quelques minutes de Bordeaux, la villa est idéale pour réunir familles et amis dans un cadre confortable et élégant.

Chaque année, nous continuons à faire évoluer la propriété afin d’offrir une expérience toujours plus exceptionnelle. Notre ambition est simple : que chaque voyageur reparte avec l’envie de revenir
