The Mansion, Villa Heights Apartment is a bohemian-inspired 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath multi-family unit completely renovated in 2020, just minutes from NoDa. The home includes hardwood floors throughout, new custom cabinets, appliances, & more. Furnished by West Elm™, the Master has a queen bed with a spacious hall bath. The guest bedroom features a queen bed as well. Bringing a furry friend, our private dog park is perfect for them to run around while you enjoy the large green space!

A Pleasant Stay with Minor Plumbing Issues

Upon arrival, we encountered a backed-up kitchen sink that led to an unpleasant odor and not so pleasant site. Nonetheless, our overall stay was pleasant. Despite an unsuccessful attempt to contact the host, we later received a call from her, which was appreciated. We recommend that the host be more attentive to guests in the future. Nonetheless, the stay and the area were enjoyable.

Adorable NODA Accommodation

The property was perfect for our traveling needs. Well appointed 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment that is part of a quadplex. Renovated property. Very pleasant. My husband just started a new job in Charlotte and my daughter and I were easily able to househunt from this location. The neighborhood was dog friendly and we felt safe walking around.

The Mansion "Guardhouse" system protects every Mansion property. This system is in place to protect our guests and neighbors and includes the ability to alert local security.

Guardhouse protects your privacy and cannot listen to your conversations, but it is a device that can measure noise levels & smoke levels inside the homes.

For privacy reasons, GUARDHOUSE does not store any sound data or transmit sound data to servers of any kind. This system alerts Mansion team members to potential issues that may cause neighbor complaints or lead to additional costs for our guests.
