Perfect apartment

Our group really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Great location. Beautiful penthouse apartment with an incredible views of the city from inside and outside on the deck. Very helpful and accommodating management staff made check in and out a breeze. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It's All True!

Many have said it already--the photos and description don't lie. Seems like an outstanding location; certainly was for us. The views incredible day or night. Loved the design and use of space--great for two couples.Two comparable bedrooms plus lots of spaces (kitchen, living room, two balconies) for everyone to have some alone time if needed. Everything seemed in good repair. And did I mention the coffee machine? Communication with host Alan was extremely helpful. The management team is helpful and on site, though only during office hours. Even the security guards at the gate made us feel welcome. The kitchen is well equipped though you will need to supply all grocery items beside coffee and tea. There were shops nearby to pick up milk, fruit, bread, meat, etc. This was the priciest option that we'd considered for our week long stay in Buenos Aires, and we almost went with a more economical option. But everytime we gazed out those windows at the views and sat out on that ENORMOUS terrace, we knew we'd made the right choice. Go ahead and splurge on this one, folks, it's worth it!

Amazing apartment from which to headquarter you trip to BA.

Amazing property in Old Palermo. The view of BA id spectacular ftom all points. Very easy checkin process. Emanuel took the time to make he showed us how everything works. Everything worked perfectly. The apartment was spotless. From booking through check put the team really ensured we were happy and dafe. Perfect 4 days.

Absolutely fantastic unit in a great location

We could not have been happier with this great apartment. The terrace and all the glass was incredible - views for miles! It was also well appointed and perfectly clean. Owner sent us some detailed and helpful info ahead of our stay and apartment management team was lovely at check in as well. Fabulous walkable location too.

PERFECTO

This condo is amazing and not just for the wonderful, picturesque views you get from sunrise to sunset. It is centrally located in Palermo which is central to all tourist attractions in Buenos Aires. The check in was a breeze with Manuel who met us at the property and explained all the features in the condo and left us with a contact number in case we needed any assistance. Everyone in our party enjoyed the condo and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful city of Buenos Aires.

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. Everything is as pictured and outlined in the listing. Clean, well-equipped, good security and fabulous location/convenience to shopping, attractions, transportation options etc. Management staff on-site helpful and quick to respond if any concerns or questions. Outside patio was fabulous with great views! Pool on ground level for lounging or lap swimming was another added bonus.

Absolutely Incredible

Five wonderful things about my stay. First, the property owner. Alan is responsive, informative, friendly and polite. You couldn’t ask for a better host. Second, the local property management company. BA4U Apartments made the on-site arrangements function like clockwork. Andres and Marcelo are both wonderful. Third, the property. The apartment is spacious, modern, clean and fully equipped. The views of BA are spectacular and the rooftop terrace is an experience. Fourth, the neighbourhood. Palermo is one of the best areas in the city with an endless selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife as well as beautiful public spaces. Fifth, BA itself. The city is endlessly exciting, rivaling New York, Paris and London as a destination. I’ve already reserved Alan’s apartment for a return stay.

Great Apartment Near Palermo Soho

Had a great experience with this owner and his employees both before and during the trip. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The apartment is very secure. They recommended an exchange a couple blocks away for changing USD to pesos very close to the dolar blue rate. We walked from the apartment most of the time, but Uber was also very reasonable around Palermo Soho. Usually less than 1000 pesos. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Stay

Stayed here for five weeks and it was a delight. Apartment is beautiful and comfortable and located in an amazing neighborhood. So much to see, and do throughout the immediate neighborhood and all of Buenos Aires. Communication with the host was excellent and the on site folks were so responsive and helpful. Amazing penthouse

This penthouse us beyond amazing. What a view, great location, superb apartment. The owner is fantastic, the booking procedure as well as information before arrival and email contact could not be better. Great Return Visit

We stayed here a while back and were so excited to come back a spend a few days at Al's apartment. Buenos Aires is a great city and you can see it all spread out beneath you and across to Uruguay from this penthouse apartment. Owner Al is a great communicator upfront and his management team on site is great. Easy checkin process and Ralf lives right in the building in case you need anything (we didn't.) The place is immaculate, great beds and linens. wifi and the private terrace is insane. Great little kitchen too but we didn't really use it since there are so many great restaurants and bakeries nearby. Top notch all around.

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires

Everything about this property was great. It has a beautiful view of the city that changes throughout the day. The amenities are good with a workout room and 25 meter pool. The staff and owner bent over backwards to make sure we had a fun stay. Finally, the location in Palermo is in the middle of a nice/safe neighborhood. We had a fantastic trip to BA and would stay in this apt again.

5-Star accommodation with spectacular views

A beautiful penthouse apartment with stunning views in every room. The apartment was very well appointed and centrally located. The building was especially well managed and secure. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were tasteful. The sunset from the large terrace was spectacular. Alan, the owner, was most gracious and helpful – he had compiled several pages of restaurant recommendations and must-see places. His advice on exchanging local currency was most helpful. Ralf, the local host, was very accessible and his recommendations of restaurants and local sights were spot on. He welcomed us in the lobby of the building and brought us to the apartment. He explained the operations of all the amenities once we arrived at the apartment. He took us to a “closed-door” restaurant. The experience was unforgettable. Ralf really made our stay beyond our expectations. Thank you so much, Ralf. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and our experience in this amazing city. I can’t say enough how well we were treated. I would highly recommend this amazing apartment to anyone and hope to come back in the future. After numerous trips back to enjoy the fine food, wine and people, we decided to purchase an apartment in 2005. At that time it was it was in the planning stages and in late 2009 we took possession. We have enjoyed bringing the apartment to life. We hope you will enjoy this great city as much as we do.

Buenos Aires is a fantastic city and we were especially drawn to the Palermo area. It's tree lined streets with an abundance of cafes/restaurants/shops make it a strollers paradise. Two blocks from the building is Plaza Italia - a major transportation center with easy access to the entire city. It was on one of these strolls we happened upon the planned building in 2005 - - loving the area, and envisioning what the views would be from the 29th/30th floors we purchased our apartment.
