The condo features an open floor plan and furnished tastefully to complete the bright and comfortable vibe of this home. The living area offers plenty of seating to gather around and watch your favorite movie while the kitchen is fully stocked and refreshed with anything you could ask for.

The primary bedroom has a roomy King-sized bed with en suite bathroom. There is an additional bedroom with a Queen sized trundle bed and utilizes the adjacent guest bathroom.

Outside, a large furnished patio with propane grill are provided when you want to unwind and take in the surrounding mountain views. A perk about this condo is that the patio is just 10 steps from the pool!

Villa de Las Flores has everything you need for a lovely stay in Palm Springs with multiple swimming pools, spas, 4 tennis courts and an on site gym. Enjoy desert living in style at Las Flores Modern Gem!

This vacation home rents on a 14-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between January and March, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
