ADULTS ONLY. Quiet and cozy second floor condo (979 SqFt) located inside the community with 2 bdr/2ba plus den overlooking saltwater/heated pool and spa. Super clean condo completely stocked with fresh towels, linens, complete kitchen items, new Keurig, beach towels, and pool floats. Den is perfect for working, relaxing or watching your favorite movies. Internet and wifi provided. Smart tv in den great for watching your Netflix or Amazon subscriptions. Flat screen in 2nd bedroom features local channels. Each bedroom has a comfy, king size bed. Each bathroom has double sinks and are also stocked with toiletries. Balcony has small table and 4 chairs and private commercial size washer and dryer. Covered/assigned parking. Property has 4 saltwater/heated pools and spas along with tennis courts. Across the street from Taquitz Creek Golf and Tennis Club. Hiking trails across the street on the other side.

It smelled like a geriatric ward, everything in was so old it was beyond tired …..it was exhausted

We were surprised by this review. The unit was professionally cleaned by our cleaning company approximately two hours before your arrival. After receiving your message, a neighboring resident immediately entered the property to verify the condition and confirmed the condo was clean and in normal condition. The guest was inside the unit only briefly before departing. This home has consistently received excellent feedback from guests regarding cleanliness and comfort, and this comment does not reflect the typical guest experience at the property. We remain committed to maintaining high standards for every guest.

Palm Springs Oasis

Diana’s property is lovely. Super comfy after a day of hiking or exploring. Diana is super attentive and responded right away. The pool and hot tub were first rate. Sunrise coffee on the deck was wonderful.

Our visit to Palm Springs was made all the better this year because of this condo. Beautifully decorated, clean and good location. The host, Diana, was a pleasure to deal with. Her attention to detail made every aspect of the rental process easier. Will rent again.

Fun stay

Booked a stay close to an event at the Missions Hills Country Club. Had a great stay using the jacuzzi and tennis courts which were steps away from the location. Property has a Keurig, shampoo/conditioner for convenience, but I chose to bring my own. Never used the washer and dryer but like that I have the option if I needed it. Starbucks, Target right around the corner of the side street. Would stay again.

As I attempted to enter the building in the dark, the outside light didn't come one. And, instructions to unlock the door were unclear so I initially couldn't access the condo. I called the owner a couple times, no answer. VRBO also attempted to contact the owner, without success. I ran into a downstairs neighbor who came up and, between the two of us, we realized the directions were not correct. Once we used the right code, I got in. An hour later.

The check-in instructions and access code provided to the guest are accurate and have been consistently used for this property for several years. With assistance from a neighboring resident, the original instructions were followed and access was obtained as intended. The exterior lighting operates on an automatic dusk-to-dawn timer with manual switch. No lock malfunction or instruction error was identified.

Most relaxing vaca ever

Was a quiet area, neighbors were all friendly & helpful. We had everything we needed or wanted. Diana was a pleasure to deal with. Her instructions were perfect, and she was easily accessible to answer any questions that came up.
