Didnt spend a lot of time in the room, but TV wouldn't connect at all. Limited clean cooking pans. Actually, went and bought pan from Walmart. Working on sprinkler system during our stay. Messy Toilets didnt flush very well.

The best part of the place was the location. The beach was just a short walk away and it was in a gated area. We felt very safe. Downfalls - the back deck area was not very impressive and the pictures make you think there is a hot tub by the pool but there isn’t one. What you see in the pictures is a baby pool. We would definitely stay here again!!

Place was in a great location and proximity to town and all the attractions. The property was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice to have parking right in front of the unit, and overall a nice, quiet area. My feedback on the unit is the master bathroom shower pressure wasn’t great, and the pictures made the unit look nicer than it was. The property doesn’t have direct access to the beach, but is a very short walk to the beach All around the property was nice for my family and fur babies for the week.

short little walk to beach. the condos next door were under construction which meant much less crowded beaches it was great!

Nice property - patio could have been bigger- overall good location to ocean & pool area. Perfect for family- grandparent to grandchildren.

The property was perfect. It was exactly as stated a 2 min walk to the beach it was stocked with supplies and we enjoyed ourselves will definitely rent again.

Great location

Great location with a private beach, just a few steps to the beach. Plenty of room for our family. It accommodated 6 adults and 3 kids. It was nice that they even had some beach toys and props for the kids to enjoy.

This is a perfect place to get away … it’s just a few step to the beach and pool. Also, close to shopping and restaurants. Very clean and plenty of linens, pillows and towels

Great beachside location

The location relative to the beach was exactly as listed. It was less than a two minute walk to the gorgeous white sand beach with crystal clear water. The property was comfortable and cozy.

Great place!

This is a great place , we were there for a month and enjoyed every minute. We had a couple of small issues, and RealJoy was awesome! They sent someone immediately and fixed the problem! Can't wait to go back next winter.

Great location. Loved the beach and close to condo. This condo needs updating especially master bathroom. Although we loved location we are staying somewhere else next year.

Great location

This is a great place to stay with kids and a dog. The complex has many places to walk your dog, the storage room was packed with beach items, and it takes seconds to be on the beach. We played tennis, swam in the pools, and cooked out! The kitchen is well stocked with sharp knives and a good egg pan! Musts for us.

Southbay by the Gulf

Unit was as advertised. So was the nearness if the beach. The unit could use updating as far as painting of the cabinets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Property needs some TLC as there are some issues with it. It’s very close to the beach but you can’t see it from the unit. Overall it was okay and we enjoyed our stay.
