Overall a great stay. Steps were loose coming into the home and I notified the owner. Only downfall was the entrance and exit to the beach, everyone had to go through the downstairs bedroom.

Third time staying here for a family vacation. The location can’t be beat. The exterior could use some TLC (lights, deck boards, stairs, etc…) as it’s exposed to some harsh weather but that’s understandable. The house is clean and well equipped.

Wonderful, relaxing, stay at the coconut. Thoughtful amenities and wonderful views! Comfortable beds and bedding and the home was very clean.

We had a wonderful beach vacation. The ocean views couldn’t be any better – we saw numerous pelicans fly right overhead and dolphins swimming while enjoying wine on the upper deck. It was blissful!

The kitchen was not stocked at all. There were only a couple of glasses and they were broken. We had to buy drinking glasses just to have enough for our group. The cabinets were broken and hanging on the hinges. The patio furniture was broken. The house itself was okay but should never be listed as "luxury".

Hi Marlee, we are so sorry you experienced those things. Our cleaning crew is supposed to make us aware of those things and unfortunately we were not notified until we were there this last week to check on the property. Everything has been repaired. Patio furniture is brand new.

The Coconut has beautiful views and is right on the beach. The sounds of the waves made sleeping wonderful. Found lots of shark teeth!! BIll and Amy were responsive when we had questions. Comfortable beds, great beachy decor. Full Moon over the Ocean was breathtaking.

The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was on a wonderful section of beach with amazing views and easy access to the beach and water. There were even amazing views from the first floor bedroom and deck, which is not common. We were traveling for my aunt's memorial and the house was a restful place to return to afterwards. I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. They accommodated a special request and I am so very grateful to them for this. It helped make this trip really memorable for me.

The location and the view from the place was amazing. You could not get closer to the water/beach. I love how the beaches were not crowed. Very easy to contact host. House smelled great. They had all amenities that was listed. The house was very presentable and look cozy. The kitchen had all the cooking items you would need. Go get groceries and spices and have the same luxury you would at home. They even provided shampoo conditioner and body wash. Towels and beach towels. Extra cover pillows and a fan or 2. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. My only issue was all the steps which falls on me due to torn meniscus lol. Everything was great. We will be staying again in the future if possible.

Our family had an amazing vacation, and this home was a huge part of what made it so special! The house is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, exceptionally well maintained, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. The three oceanfront decks were one of our favorite features. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee, watching the the dolphins play in the waves, or relaxing in the evening, the breathtaking views from every deck were simply unforgettable.The home was also equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free from the moment we arrived.Amy and Bill were wonderful hosts. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had.The location couldn’t have been better! The beach was clean, peaceful, and full of seashells. We were even lucky enough to witness a sea turtle lay her eggs right next to the house—an unforgettable experience! It’s also within easy walking distance of the pier, but far enough away that you can still enjoy the quiet and avoid the crowds.This was, without a doubt, our favorite place we’ve ever vacationed. Every detail made the stay worth every penny. We give it a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family beach getaway.We already can’t wait to book our next stay!

Fantastic location right on the beach! Sitting in the living room looking out the slider feels like you are on a boat. The dolphins, the birds, the sunrises and sunsets, just can’t get any better! Comfortable beds with lots of pillows and blankets and a very well stocked kitchen just added to it all!
