Perfect location. Also enjoyed the dock on the sound side. Steven was very accommodating and quickly responded to all the questions I had .

Property was exactly as pictured, step off the deck and you are on the beach! Very well equipped and setup well for views of the ocean from the dining area, living room and master bedroom. Outdoor chairs were tall and great for viewing the ocean from the deck. Location was close to some great local restaurants. Brought our dog with us and the unit was super pet friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Would definitely stay here again. Steps from the beach, perfect deck seating, plenty of seating on inside, house was very clean and great communication with the owners.

Steve does a great job with this house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Three new restaurants we went to this year; Marina Joe’s was excellent. Cape Fear Seafood Co and Rick’s Sports Bar very good. Daily Grind is so good for coffee. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Great spot on the beach. Nice property and everything worked. Had plenty of towels, pillows and sheets. The only negatives were there were no hot pads/mittens for taking things out of the oven and the upstairs carpet should be replaced with vinyl as pets and wear & tear is obvious.

Our family stayed a week starting on May 16th through the 23rd. Location at North Topsail was excellent, the restaurant were no more then 10-15 minutes away. The only days the beach was a little crowded was Saturday and Sunday and even then it wasn't that bad. The house was in good shape the only item that needs to be worked on is the sliding glass doors leading out to the deck. I spoke to the owner and made him aware and he stated is utility guy would be going out to fix. My family wants to make reservations again same time next year....

Stay was great - the location can’t be beat. Had an issue with the A/C but host was able to get it fixed very quickly. Beds are very comfortable- having the laundry right off the kitchen was great

Ideal location steps from the beach. Our family had a wonderful week at this home! Check in was smooth and a small challenge with the front lock was resolved thru the responsiveness of the owner which we greatly appreciated.

Great Topsail Island location

Great Location, property was clean and well appointed, Even though it was a duplex you could not hear any noise from neighbors beside you. Great outdoor space with easy access to beach. Good parking at the property.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Owner was great, home was in great condition and the location couldn’t have been better. We will be back and recommend staying here!

Amazing Grace is just that AMAZING AND GRACE!! We will definitely be coming back! The house is beautifully decorated and made us all feel at home!! It is honestly steps from the beach! Wonderful views and the absolute best sunrises ever! Shelling was great I found sea glass which was amazing and my husband found a message in a bottle!! We loved Amazing Grace
